With the rapid development of China's national economy,construction projects have become an important part of China's economic construction.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction industry,high-rise buildings are emerging in an endless stream,making engineering construction more and more difficult.New construction technology has higher requirements for construction technology,which greatly increases the construction risk and difficulty of safe production management on the construction site.Hence,how to improve the safe production management level of construction project will be an urgent task for project management,and domestic and foreign scholars also pay special attention to safe production management.Therefore,safety evaluation of construction engineering could provide scientific and effective basis for improving the safety management level of construction enterprises and perfecting safety management measures.The main contents of the study include the following aspects:(1)Making an in-depth theoretical exploration of cloud model evaluation's application research and the current situation of construction safety management research and safety evaluation research.Defining the concept of safe production in building construction and analyzing its characteristics and objects.Then defining the concept of safe production evaluation,classifying the safety evaluation and clarifying the evaluation scope of construction process' s safety evaluation.In addition,briefly summarizing the G1 method and cloud model.(2)Using literature research method,4M1 E method and questionnaire survey method,considering the degree of its influence on construction safety and production from the five aspects of people,materials and machinery,management,system and environment,and clarifying the corresponding indicators.Then,by means of principal component analysis and Pearson test,indexes that have no significant influence on safety production are eliminated,thus a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation index system,suitable for construction engineering,was finally established.In the end,a comprehensive evaluation model was built by using the G1 method and cloud model,and the cloud map was analyzed and calculated by using MATLAB,so as to evaluate the safe production level of construction.(3)Interviewing the representative of party and obtaining actual project evaluation data.Then,evaluating the safe production of construction by using the established index system and evaluation model.Analyzing the evaluation results and putting forward reasonable suggestions for the improvement of safe production management measures.Through the analysis of actual projects,the weight of human factor,building materials and equipment factor,management factor,environment factor and system factor are 0.400,0.236,0.157,0.086 and 0.121 respectively.In addition,the cloud droplets are mainly concentrated in the interval [4,5] in the safety grade division of the actual project evaluation cloud map compared with the project scale cloud map,indicating that the whole project is in a safe state in the construction process,and the safety grade evaluation results are in line with the actual project in the safe production state in the construction process.Here are many uncertain problems and influencing factors in safe production grade evaluation during building construction and it is difficult to quantify.Although the traditional evaluation method has made some achievements,but the accuracy,intuition and objectivity of the evaluation results need to be improved.Therefore,this study proposes an evaluation method which combines G1 method with cloud model.Firstly,the G1 method avoids the shortcomings of AHP,and does not need to construct a matrix in the process of determining the weights of each index or a consistency testing,which makes the weight of the index more objective.Secondly,the cloud model extends the limited sample data,solves the problem of insufficient data,and makes the evaluation results more objective.Therefore,the combination of G1 method and cloud model makes the evaluation results more comprehensive,reasonable and scientific.
