As one of the pioneering industries in the human progress,the construction engineering industry is still the pillar of the economic development of many countries.However,compared to other industries,the progress of the construction industry in the21 century is facing challenges.The high-risk characteristics of the construction industry itself,coupled with a large number of employees,make production safety accidents occur from time to time,avant-garde modeling and complex construction projects increase the difficulty of construction safety work;at the same time,China’s construction workers are mainly migrant workers,the rapid flow of personnel,the missing of systematic training and the weak consciousness of security protection,which aggravate the risk of injury.In order to accelerate the long-term progress and industrialization of the construction engineering industry,the problem of production safety must be solved.The evaluation modeling is only a part of production safety management.Only by setting up a precise evaluation system of construction safety,can we make an accurate judgment on the safety extent of construction projects,adjust the construction plan in time,and accelerate the innovation of construction technology.This dissertation takes the production safety risk in engineering construction as the research object,draws lessons from the accident cause theory,combined with the characteristics and relevant experience of production safety in each phase of diverse construction,collects a great amount of safety production accident information and uses data mining technology to screen evaluation indicators and mine the relationship among various risk factors.Starting from the two dimensions of risk occurrence probability and consequence harm,an evaluation model is established with the help of two-dimensional cloud model.In order to put forward a new construction process safety production evaluation system and risk control ideas,the main work has been done as follows:First of all,this dissertation expounds the relevant thoeries of engineering construction,safety production and risk management,and analyzes the connotation and characteristics of production safety in engineering construction.On this basis,it set out the necesssity and logic of production safety in construction.Secondly,a mass of construction safety production accident information is obtained from the websites of the competent departments of various provinces and municipalities directly beneath the government for summary and processing,and the accident cause theory is used to establish the decomposition model of construction engineering safety production accident cause system.443 pieces of accident information collected are decomposed and confirmed,and a preliminary identification list of risk factors is constructed.On this basis,the association rule algorithm in data mining is used to set the support threshold and screen the preliminary identification list to form the construction safety production evaluation index system,which makes the risk identification process really objective and scientific.The two-dimensional cloud model is used to evaluate the risk equivalence from the risk probability dimension and the risk hazard dimension.Through the statistical analysis of the processed data,the grade of probability of risk occurrence and the grade of damage are determined by using the assortment weighting method and entropy weight method based on accident data.By putting forward the concept of risk proximity degree,the risk grade is further accurate in mathematics.By expounding the process and principles of risk management,and assorting with the results of risk assessment,this dissertation gives some suggestions on production safety management in construction.Finally,XX project is illustrated,assorting with the reality of the project,the research results of this dissertation are applied to the phased production safety management and control of the project,and the specific risk control measures are given.Combined with data mining technology,two-dimensional cloud model and construction safety production research,this dissertation provides some reference and support for the research of construction engineering safety production management,and accelerates the industrialization of the construction industry.
