The safe production of construction projects is an important part of safe production undertaking in our country. To reduce the casualty accidents and prevent those big accidents with many dead and many injured and to maintain the normal order of the production in the construction industry have become priority among priorities. Developing socialism undertaking can not be at the expense of sacrificing resources and environment, not to mention at the expense of human's life."Safety first, Prevention mainly"has always been a consistent principle in the management of safe production of construction projects. To strengthen the prevention system towards the construction project accidents is the key of safe production management and it is also the original purpose of establishing the management system of construction projects. In our country, big accidents of construction projects happen time to time which bring great losses both to people's life and country's economy. Regret and self-criticism after the accident is useless. What is really meaningful is to eliminate the accident. In the past, a lot of research towards accident prevention system is done in the policy level of experience, comparatively fewer in the level of analysis of indexes and statistics.This paper bases on the society and the construction enterprise and overthrows the wrong recognition that safe production input and enterprise operating benefit is against each other by using the statistics relation between construction safe production indexes and production benefit indexes in our country and get the view that they two can promote each other. The paper points out that to maintain the momentum of continuously reducing the safe production accident rate needs to raise the labor productivity from the aspects of improvement of staffs, equipments and management in order to continuously improve the level of safe production in our country.
