This paper takes the 8128 working face of Xinjing Mine as the engineering background, and studies the supporting technology and supporting parameters of the intake roadway. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the actual project, two sets of roadway geomechanical tests were carried out near the opening of the intake roadway. The test obtained the maximum horizontal principal stress, the minimum horizontal principal stress and the vertical principal stress in the roadway. In the original rock stress field, the tectonic stress predominates, and the maximum horizontal principal stress is north east. These conclusions provide a basis for numerical calculations.(2)According to the anchoring performance test,it was found that when the 335# lefthanded non-longitudinal threaded steel bolt with a diameter of 20 mm,the Z2380 anchoring agent and the bore with a diameter of 28 mm were used, the anchoring force of the anchor can reach the design value.(3)The numerical calculation is used to analyze the influence of anchor(anchor)support parameters(length, spacing, arrangement and anchoring method)on the maintenance effect of the roadway.Five support schemes were developed to study the effects of control on the surrounding rock to determine the optimal support scheme.(4)The determined research program carried out on-site industrial tests at the 8128 intake roadway of Xinjing Mine. The results of mine pressure observation show that during the period of roadway excavation, the 8128 intake roadway maintains the overall stability. The maximum distance of the two lanes of the roadway is 300 mm,and the maximum displacement of the top floor is 306 mm,which meets the requirements of safe production.
