| With the increasing depth of coal mining,the difficulty of roadway support technology is also rising.Due to the role of high pressure,some roadway surrounding rock becomes soft and broken,and can not bear the pressure of mine well.For some small rock roadway,the supporting technique can effectively meet the needs of safety and normal use,but when a large pressure,the original supporting method is difficult to guarantee the expected effect of supporting,must be repairing or structural optimization of roadway.This paper briefly introduces some related theories about mine rock mechanics,rock failure conditions from redistribution to after the excavation of tunnel surrounding rock stress to the loose circle,summarizes the mechanical mechanism of roadway from excavation to support behind it.The deformation law and control mechanism of soft rock roadway is analyzed for the development from the suppression of the relaxation zone of surrounding rock deformation control of soft rock roadway breakage of rock to rely on self stabilization supplemented by some external support,through active support and passive supportthe idea of combining design,best supporting form.On the basis of IV520 roadway supporting design of Yangzhuang Coal Mine as the research background,research on the trapezoid roadway in high stress under the stress distribution and deformation characteristics,analysis shows that the roof and two sides at the center of maximum deformation,stress concentration around the roadway,the four corner is most obvious;on different trapezoid roadway in the face of broken surrounding rock stress distribution of two,increasing the width of the roof is equivalent to an increase of the beam width,the two for the stress transfer to the roof,two for deformation decreases,the roof deformation increasing;given the force model of ladder scaffolding more practical,is used between the roof beam and a leg the overlapping case between the beam and the hinged legs are considered,shed the leg and the ground is considered as fixed hinge support more practical.Through the calculation of trapezoidal support stress,the optimal structure of the trapezoidal support formula,the best structure with high aspect ratio and close to the specific size and load has no direct relationship;comparative analysis of short anchor structure after optimization and optimization design of the structural stress distribution characteristics of lightweight frame supporting structure is successfully applied to the project in practice,based on the large deformation applied to anchor fixation,can significantly reduce the deformation of the size of the area,improve the supporting effect.Through field investigation,data collection,the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,to determine the supporting scheme and application,then the actual monitoring data analysis and summary,the supporting design scheme to provide reference and experience for future loose and broken surrounding rock roadway. |
