The East Fifth panel of Sihe mine is a brand new panel,and the support methods of other panels are still used in the first use roadway.From the existing support situation,the previous use of primary support parameters construction density is large,waste materials and will reduce the roadway construction rate,the contradiction between rapid production of coal mine and roadway support problems is increasing.Based on the five panel 53013 roadway in sihe coal mine actual background,the integrated use of theory and the scene,the combination of different factors affecting the stability of surrounding rock are analyzed in detail,put forward the high pre-stressed anchor rod and anchor rope combined support system of the original support scheme is improved,while lowering the cost of supporting improved the security of the roadway support.The main results achieved are as follows:(1)The stress environment of the surrounding rock of the test roadway was measured.The maximum horizontal principal stress is 11.23 MPa ? 15.62 MPa,the minimum horizontal principal stress is 6.23 MPa ? 8.43 MPa,and the vertical stress is5.09 MPa ? 5.74 MPa.It is the H> H> V stress field,which is dominated by horizontal principal stress and seriously affected by structural stress.(2)The influence law of different bolt support parameters on surrounding rock stability is obtained.When the roof has 6 bolts in each row,the roadway deformation is small and the support effect is obvious.Roadway deformation is related to bolt diameter,and roof subsidence decreases significantly from 18 mm to 22 mm.From22mm to 24 mm,the support effect changes little when the bolt diameter increases again.When the row spacing of bolts increases,the effective compressive stress zone between single bolts decreases,and the failure zone obviously exists.(3)The pressure field formed by the combined support of prestressed anchor and anchor cable will be superimposed so that the anchor cable is connected to each other into a whole that can interact with each other.It is a network structure with the anchor cable as the main body.The structure fully demonstrates the joint action of anchor cable and bolt,and improves the supporting effect in a whole form.(4)Field industrial tests show that the deformation of the two sides is 66 mm and the displacement of the roof and floor is 45 mm during roadway tunneling.During the stoping period,the maximum displacement of two sides of the roadway was 96 mm,and the maximum displacement of roof and floor was 86 mm.The surrounding rock of the roadway was of good stability,and the optimized support scheme could effectively enhance the support effect of the roadway and reach the expected target.There are 61 figures,5 tables and 58 references in this paper.
