In this paper,650Eastern No.l track roadway in PanBei mine of Huainan Mining Group as an engineering research back ground, using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis and field test research methods and so on, it researches mining stress behavior law of Close top coal rock roadway.U-steel Extensible Support is a widely used Support. Through the theoretical analysis the role of supporting reinforcement structure, it qualitative analyzes the improvement of the overall stability and the carrying capacity of the U-steel Support structure, and simplify the mechanical model。It uses powerful nonlinear analysis capabilities, based on the finite element method software ABAQUS to analyze the U-shaped steel bracket bearing mechanism under the role of the different rock pressure form, and analyze the improvement of the bearing capacity of U-steel Support joining the reinforcement structure. It relevant comments the existing support theory and introduce the new technologies of the stability loose circle to find the key reinforcement points to reinforce。 It proposes the support scheme based on the field testing and theoretical analysis. It designs of three factors and three levels of L9(34) orthogonal test program, and uses finite element simulation analysis to get roadway convergence under the condition of the various structural parameters, then uses range analysis the test results data to get preferred method。 Come to the primary and secondary order under the four factors affect of the roadway roof sinking, convergence on both sides, the amount of floor heave and the optimal parameters of the program。 Research methods and conclusions of the paper can be applied in conditions similar to the roadway。...
