Air separation equipment is a large and high energy consumption equipment used in metallurgical industry.Due to the late start of automatic load changing technology in China,most of the air separation equipment in use at present is operated by manual load changing,and there is a big gap between system stability and economy and automatic load changing.It is of great practical significance to carry out automatic load changing technical transformation of air separation equipment in time.Taking the air separation equipment of hegang tanggang as the research object,this paper has carried out the transformation of automatic variable load technology and carried out the application successfully.By applying advanced control technology to DCS conventional control,the problem of serious interference of multiple PID control loops in comprehensive control was tackled,and the model predictive control and program control were adopted to overcome the problem,and the automatic load changing technology upgrade of air separation equipment was finally achieved.Seven advanced controllers were established,including 12 control variables,22 controlled variables and 10 interference variables.Practice has proved that through the use of 1 # variable load equipment in air separation plant range between 75% and 105% of air separation equipments can be realized after load change ability,at the same time,oxygen extraction yield increased 0.83%,argon gas extraction yield increased by 13%,greatly reduces the oxygen gas loss rate,effectively improve the efficiency of the entire device,reduce running cost of the equipment,has the good economic benefit,improve the automation level of the air separation equipment at the same time,saving Labour.Figure 19;Table 12;Reference 50... |
