| Air separation equipment is widely used in metallurgy,chemical industry and so on.With the increasing demand of the market,the requirement of air separation equipment is becoming higher and higher.Since Single-loop PID controllers for air separation plants cannot meet the requirements of multi-variable integrated control,and the multi-loop control influences the coupling problems seriously.traditional artificial variable load tends to produce factors that are not conducive to production stability,the underlying control can not be coordinated,backward technology can not achieve the most unique multiple edge optimization.In order to solve these problems,setting Hebei iron and Steel Group Tangshan Gas Co.Ltd.KDONAR-40000/40000/1360Nm3/h air separation unit as the application object,add advanced control technology based on conventional DCS controller,and also develop the online monitoring and diagnosis system,finally,program control and model predictive control are used to solve the problem of severe disturbances in the integrated control of multiple PID control loops,and to realize automatic variable load control of air separation equipment.The combination of actual projects,the optimization of control algorithms and various control strategies for large-scale units have been studied,especially on the issue of the logical control of the air separation unit,with the field implementation,which achieve good results In the DCS system.It reaches the level of industrial applications and achieves automatic variable load control of air separation equipment,and evev improve the quantity and quality of the final product for the equipment which effectively improve the actual level of the entire air separation automation device.By the analysis of the comprehensive benefits of argon production,it estimates the cost recovery time as well. |
