China's manufacturing industry needs to transform and upgrade,need to have advanced CNC technology,more urgent need a large number of relevant professional technical talents.Facing the huge gap of the current numerical control technology and manufacturing professional talents,this is the opportunity of the development of the professional education of numerical control specialty,at the same time,it is also the difficult problem that the relevant technical colleges need to solve.According to the development of manufacturing industry in recent years,there is an urgent need for a large number of numerical control professionals,so as to provide a lot of opportunities for the development of CNC specialty,and also face new challenges,such as how to enable the CNC specialty to better adapt to the manufacturing talent training mode.At the same time of the transformation and upgrading,China also uses the advanced CNC technology,so it is very lack of high-skilled,high-quality CNC professionals,with the professional talent,can contribute to the development of our manufacturing industry.This paper introduces the frame structure and application function of the integrated course system of numerical control simulation,and also studies the hardware and software design principle of the system and discusses how to realize the function of each structure.Firstly,the research significance of the integrated course system of numerical control simulation and the relevant current situation at home and abroad are briefly introduced.Then the paper introduces the relevant technical aspects of the integrated course system of NC simulation,including the related software programming language,SQL server database and so on.Secondly,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the system,according to the school management needs,establish the corresponding activity diagram.This paper discusses the frame structure and function design of the integrated course system of numerical control simulation.This paper introduces how to realize the function of each plate in the integrated course system of numerical control simulation.at the same time,the performance of the system is tested.Finally,the summary of the subject and the direction of future research.The integrated curriculum system of numerical control simulation developed in this paper is designed based on the actual production process and production environment of the relevant enterprises in the society,mainly for the teaching activities of integrated training.In order to complete the technical colleges and universities to train the relevant technical personnel to provide favorable conditions,can reduce the school related investment,and improve the efficiency of the technical talents who meet the needs of social production.
