| With fast development of laser processing technology, numerical control laser processing(NCLP) machine is widely used in manufacturing. Hence,the demand for qualified talents who can master the OPTO-Mechatronics technology keeps increasing. However, there is an ubiquitous problem existing in national college education. The colleges put more focus on theory study instead of practice. Nowadays, lack of practice has already been one of the important reasons that block the cultivation of qualified talents. The key to improve practice level is the application of advanced experimental device.Analyzing the development trend of NCLP machine and the teaching status of opto-mechatronics technology, the paper puts forward researching a kind of open numerical control laser processing teaching experimental device based on motion control card.First, according to analyzing the status of lacking of NCLP teaching experimental device and the demand for college opto-mechatronics teaching , to meet the experiment demand ,the paper puts forward the design way of a kind of open NCLP teaching experimental system based on motion control card,and makes a general design for the structures and layouts of the experimental system.Second, the paper researches the control component , the driving component and the measuring component of the experimental system. Then ,the paper expounds the hardware structure of open CNC system and specificly narrates the design idea,work principle and using methods of montion control card,servo system and measuring system. Furthermore,the paper makes a general design for light road and three-axises numerical control worktable.Third, the paper studys the software structure of the experimental system. Meeting the experiment demands and following the design idea of modularization, the paper disassembles the whole system into three parts:hand control module,automation module and experimental module. Then ,the paper specificly describes the function,the key techniques and programming methods of each software module.Last, the paper narrates the development trend and targets of the experimental system. |
