Piecework Value Capability Study On Fabrication Maunfacturer Quality Management Application

As global economic integration of the sustainable development of the increasingly fierce market competition,the management of global supply chain plays a much more critical role in Energy equipment business.In author's daily working scope,due to the unique characteristic of energy business and energy equipment,there is only small to medium purchasing volume for each type of equipment.Therefore,traditional statistical data analysis quality management methods which had been implemented successfully in large volume purchasing area could not be simply transferred into energy business for supplier quality performance analysis & process capability evaluation as demanded.In this essay,through the study of process capability analysis theories,author clarified relative process capability analysis tool mathematical formula and utilization boundaries.At the same time,author also studied welding processes control key points and implemented those process capability tool in some volume product quality management by increasing welding sample quantities to fit for the boundaries.At last author studied the process of implementing this quality management tool into an actual product to analysis relative suppliers' processes capabilities & reduce quality cost from both manufacturer perspective & purchaser perspective.
