The large-scale human emission of greenhouse gases has brought great impact on the global climate.On November 4,2016,China's State Council officially issued the "13th Five-Year Plan for Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emissions" to comprehensively deploy all tasks for China to control greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.Since the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,China has initially established a statistical index system and a greenhouse gas emission statistics system,as well as starting the carbon emission trading system,etc.,actively reduced total carbon emissions and mitigated the climate crisis.In this environment,in addition to the development of new energy sources to reduce the use of fossil fuels,the improvement of traditional process technologies,the introduction of remanufacturing,and the extension of the service life of resources are also important initiatives.This dissertation explores the impact of different service modes for remanufactured goods on monopoly producer under country's carbon emission constraints,and helps manufacturing/remanufacturing companies in formulating production decisions.Although the definition of remanufactured products in the Interim Measures for the Administration of Remanufactured Product Certification issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2010 is "Products using advanced and applicable remanufacturing technologies and processes,the performance and quality of remanufactured products should be exceed the prototype new product".But consumers still have quality doubts about remanufactured goods and the contradiction of "used products".This makes manufacturers facing difficulty in selling remanufactured goods.Based on the current difficulties in the remanufactured goods sales,this dissertation redesigns the service mode of remanufactured goods to increase the competitiveness of remanufactured goods and improves consumers' acceptance of remanufactured goods.Through the comparison of different service modes,the impacts of the new service mode on manufacturers' production decisions,profits,and carbon emissions are studied,which will help manufacturers to select proper service modes.How carbon emissions constraints affect manufacturers' decisions by considering whether or not to contain carbon emission constraints is studied firstly.Since the government of China requires manufacturers to have basic warranty obligations for all products,new and remanufactured goods are warranted at this time.At this point,it can be found that carbon emission constraints can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of manufacturers,but it also affects their profits.The suitable price of carbon emissions can help manufacturers to implement remanufacturing.Second,under the constraints of low carbon,a new service mode is introduced for remanufactured goods.Through the implementation of replacement services for remanufactured products,competition with new products common warranty services,the impact of service costs on manufacturers' production decisions is studied.The results show that although the new service mode increases the after-sales cost,when the new service mode improves the acceptance of remanufactured goods by consumers to a certain level,the demand for remanufactured goods increases significantly,the profits of manufacturers also increases,meanwhile the carbon emissions decreases.This lead to a win-win situation between the government and manufacturers.Lastly,the service mode of remanufactured products with an extendable warranty period is studied.New products are still set with warranted service modes to analyze the impacts of different service factors on manufacturers' production decisions,profits,and carbon emissions.By comparing three different service modes,it is found that the extended warranty service mode on remanufactured products is the best for manufacturers.
