With the development of logistics service outsourcing business,a logistics service supply chain has emerged. The development of logistics parks has shown a trend of transition to the integration of logistics resources and value-added services. In addition,a large amount of energy is consumed in the process of industrialization, and the development of a low-carbon economy has become an important way for countries to compete.Reducing energy consumption intensity requires not only the conscious implementation of enterprises, but the government should also intervene through the "visible hand",by compulsory enterprises to pay carbon taxes, penalize enterprises whose carbon emissions exceed carbon quotas, and require enterprises and logistics parks to share Measures such as the cost of carbon emissions,on the basis of achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, maximize market profits. In order to analyze the impact of factors such as carbon emissions of enterprises settled in logistics parks, government carbon taxes, carbon allowance penalties, carbon emission reduction cost coefficients, and apportionment ratios,on the balanced decision-making of the logistics service network and the profits of various decision makers, this paper studies the composition of settled enterprises and logistics parks. The logistics service network of the world, the equilibrium model of the logistics service network is obtained. The calculation example firstly analyzes the impact of carbon emission factors on network equilibrium decision-making in the two situations of information symmetric and asymmetric information, and then considers the impact of carbon emission reduction cost coefficient and apportionment ratio on each decision of the service supply chain network when carbon emission reduction measures are taken.Research indicates:(1)By analyzing the impact of the three factors of carbon emission coefficient, carbon tax,and penalty cost of exceeding carbon quota on the equilibrium decision-making of logistics service supply chain under the two situations of information symmetry and asymmetry,it is found that the asymmetry of carbon emission information will lead to logistics services. One party on the supply chain network can obtain greater profits with the least cost of carbon emissions.Carbon tax and penalty costs are the government’s macro-control measures.(2)By analyzing the impact of the two factors of carbon emission reduction cost coefficient and apportionment ratio on the equilibrium decision-making of logistics service supply chain under the two situations of symmetrical and asymmetrical information,it is found that the carbon emission reduction cost coefficient and false report factor increase. To a certain extent, corporate profits are reduced;the apportionment ratio and false reporting factors increase, which reduces corporate profits and increases profits in logistics parks. It shows that the profit of the supply chain under the distribution of the cost of carbon emission reduction in the logistics park will increase, which effectively realizes the coordination and win-win of the supply chain, and promotes the low-carbonization of the green supply chain.
