Application Of Date Service To The Tire Manufacture Of CPS

The explosive development of Internet technology and software intensive embedded technology,provide the basis for information or physical(CPS)in communications and equipment.Through the information technology,CPS combines calculation with physical entity,to realize the physical world of autonomy,connected,so as to realize more intelligent people,machine,material,friendly ‘communication’.In view of the present communication,sensor,control unit and perform equipment resources used in present manufacturing,how to be integrated to unified the CPS system,realizing the communication between heterogeneous units in the CPS structure,makes a single node having the ability of perception of global production,has become a main research topic in the CPS and industry integration.This paper makes a preliminary exploration of implementation for the modification of data sharing in a tire manufacturing company CPS model,the main research work includes:According to present situation of the enterprise information,through the study of CPS implementation architecture,propose a kind of CPS model based on the service;2.Using the enterprise service bus(ESB)integrate the data sharing service,realize the registration of services,distribution,service request message format conversion,the basic function such as routing,and designed for service security authentication and message security mechanism;3.Write the Web Service code which is the composition of the ESB with the.net platform,including the implementation of the production needs of the business Service,Service encapsulation of the original system and the Service interface with other platforms,etc.Some representative service in details;4.Deploy ESB bus on the server,and the client software to the industrial field,and then test the system.5.In the pilot phase,according to the problems and on-site feedback opinion,optimize and improve the service.
