Evaluation Of Eco-civilization In The Inter-provincial Border Cities Of Gan,Min,and Yue

The construction of ecological civilization not only is the millennium of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,and an important part of the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the ecological civilization evaluation system is the main tool for evaluating and supervising the results of ecological civilization construction.This paper selects 27 operational evaluation index based on the economic-ecological-social relationship to constructs an economic subsystem,an ecological subsystem,and a social subsystem as the first-level indicators and according to the pressure-state-response model to establish the evaluation index system of inter-provincial border city ecological civilization of Gan,Min,and Yue.The entropy weight method is used to quantitatively study the total evaluation value of ecological civilization construction of border cities,and compare with non-boundary cities,such as Jiujiang,Zhuhai and Zhangzhou;On this basis,the economy and ecology are regarded as two independent wholes,and the entropy weight method is used to calculate their respective weights and obtain economic and ecological evaluation values respectively,and the coupling-cooperation model is used to analyze the coordinated development of the economy and ecology of border cities and other cities,and to judge the basic types of urban development.In addition,In-depth discussion on the internal mechanism of the development of ecological civilization in the inter-provincial border cities of Gan,Min,and Yue,as well as the problems and shortcomings in the process of urban development and put forward suggestions,which based on the relationship between economic development and pollutant discharge.The research shows that the economic backwardness of the inter-provincial border cities in Gan,Min,and Yue is more significant in the process of ecological civilization construction.The lack of various response measures affects the process of ecological civilization construction,resulting in the economic and ecological ecology of border cities being on the verge of imbalance and moderate imbalance.The current situation(except Ganzhou)Ganzhou city's ecological civilization evaluation value is not low,the economy and ecology are in a coordinated development stage,which is inseparable from the proactive response measures of the government of Ganzhou city.The GDP per capita and the discharge of pollutants in the inter-provincial border cities of Gan,Min,and Yue all conform to the inverted U curve model.The pollutant discharge shows a trend of decreasing with the increase of per capita GDP,with thedevelopment of science and technology and the upgrading of industrial structure,the discharge of pollutants has also gradually declined.Based on these research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future ecological civilization development of the border cities of Gan,Min,and Yue from the aspects of ecological politics,ecological economy and ecological environment.
