Research On Legalization Of The Environmental Inspections

The environmental protection supervision system has undergone a series of changes.At the same time,the content of the environmental protection supervision system has been constantly enriched,as well as it has achieved remarkable results in the specific implementation process.At the same time,it is worth mentioning that China's environmental protection supervision has also appeared the several issues such as "one-size-fits-all","decentralized","sporting","cooperative mechanism",along with specialized agencies have not been established,which reveals that environmental protection supervision is a serious lack of legal mechanisms to ensure its long-term effectiveness on the one hand;as well as on the other hand,it also reveals that in the social practice of environmental protection supervision,they are only practicable.There is only rationality of the political system,but without a serious lack of legal basis for the embarrassing situation.In accordance with these circumstances,the author believed that it was really necessary to discuss the path of legalization of environmental protection supervision,and to further improve the existing procedures and contents of environmental protection supervision system.At the same time,it was also necessary to solve the current problems of environmental protection supervision through the path of legalization.Therefore,this paper discussed the path of legalization from the following perspectives: the basic principles followed by environmental protection supervision;the key areas,key regions and working mechanisms of environmental protection supervision;the legal responsibility of environmental protection supervision and supervision relief matters.The author hoped to eventually realize the legalization of environmental protection supervision,in order to make the existing environmental protection supervision out of the practical dilemma.
