With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's national economy has maintained a high-speed and stable development on the whole.Crude steel production ranks first in the world for 13 years,and it is a big country in steel production and consumption in the world.But at the same time,the safety problem of iron and steel enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent,the form of safe production is not optimistic,the production and transportation of molten iron,frequent accidents.It brings irreversible damage and loss to the state,society,enterprises and individuals,and increases social instability,threatening the stable and orderly development of society.Therefore,a safety monitoring system for molten iron transport behavior is established in steel enterprises.This paper establishes a three-tier enterprise accident early warning system,which is composed of perception layer,transmission layer and application layer,to monitor the unsafe behavior of enterprises from three aspects of human,material and environmental.Based on this framework,a monitoring system for unsafe behavior of molten iron transportation is established,and locomotive / torpedo tank tracking subsystem,vehicle terminal subsystem,intelligent video monitoring subsystem are designed and studied.Embedded Linux technology is applied to establish the environment information detection platform to realize the design and implementation from the acquisition end to the monitoring end.The B/S mode is adopted to design the monitoring end.The monitoring end can monitor the field information in the task client by the way of web browser.The open design is adopted,and sensors can be added arbitrarily to monitor the field information according to the requirements.According to the analysis of hot metal transportation cases,locomotive collision accidents occupy a certain proportion,so an automatic collision avoidance algorithm based on locomotive automatic reservation mechanism is designed,and locomotive automatic collision avoidance is realized by using Flexsim simulation software.Based on the simulation results,the locomotive running lines are optimized to improve the transport efficiency.Establishing the monitoring system of unsafe behaviors in molten iron transportation can effectively prevent the occurrence of unsafe behaviors in molten iron transportation and strangle the accidents in the cradle.The designed locomotive automatic collision avoidance mechanism can effectively prevent the occurrence of locomotive collision accidents,and according to the locomotive reservation mechanism can grasp the overall use of sections,and the initial locomotive dynamic adjustment,and ensure the safety of locomotive driving and improve transport efficiency.
