| Tower cranes have special structure,complex installation,utilization and disassembly procedures,thus tower crane safety accidents occur frequently and bring serious deaths,injuries and property losses.Therefore,this article attempts to integrate the rapid development of Internet of things in recent years to improve and enhance safety management level of tower cranes,and provide a new thought and method for tower crane safety management.First of all,this article attempts to analyze the properties of tower cranes that are prone to safety accidents from the types of tower cranes and their own structural characteristics.Then this article analyzes the causes of tower crane safety accidents from 169 safety accident reports of tower crane that occurred in China from 2013 to 2019,and emphatically focuses on 65 of them,thus to find out the main cause of crane collapsed and propose the corresponding solution for the Internet of things.On this basis,the specific scheme of the tower crane security monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is designed.First of all,the functional requirements of the monitoring system are analyzed,the monitoring process is designed and the system architecture is designed.According to the national mandatory standards,early warning thresholds are designed for indicators such as wind speed,structural stress,and tower inclination,and an alarm scheme is formulated.The tower crane safety monitoring system mainly consists of two parts: the tower crane structure stability safety warning system and the tower crane installation and dismantling procedure monitoring system.In the end,the specific project implementation and effect display are performed in the demonstration project.This paper constructs a complete safety monitoring system for tower crane to prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.At the same time,it also provides a new direction for the safety management of tower crane,and meets the needs of site digitalization,refinement and standardization,which is of great theoretical and practical significance. |
