| As the most important underground transport device,the belt transport is an indispensable driving device in production and life.Therefore,it is of practical value to monitor the performance and operational status of multi-tape transport aircraft.Based on the ZigBee technology of the Internet of Things,this paper designs an online monitoring system for the operational status of the belt transport aircraft.The system is divided into three layers: perceptual layer,network layer and application layer.The application layer,that is,the terminal data acquisition module,the terminal node design is based on the CC2530 chip,and uses the current sensor TBC 06DS3.3,the temperature DS18B20,the air temperature and humidity sensor DHT11 and the speed sensor A3144 E,the MQ-2 smoke sensor,and the GEJ15 running offset sensor to form the node circuit.The main operation parameters of belt transport are collected.The network layer,the ZigBe network,realizes wireless communication,mainly through the radio frequency function of CC2530.The ESP8266 MOD WiFi module is used to implement a coordinator that includes routing functions and realizes wireless data communication between the coordination node and the host computer;The terminal node joins the network built by the coordinator to implement the ZigBee network.The application layer,that is,the upper computer monitoring software,the upper computer monitoring interface uses the B/S and C/S hybrid architecture,uses the Java language to write the implementation,and at the same time,adds the MySQL database.It can realize the real-time reception,image display and historical data storage of the system collection data,and meet the real-time monitoring and management needs of the client’s users on the operating status of the tape transport aircraft.Finally,the system is tested experimentally,and the test results show that the designed function can run normally.The online monitoring system of the belt transport aircraft basically meets the design requirements,realizes the wireless monitoring of the tape transport aircraft and the storage of historical running data,and completes and realizes the online monitoring function of multiple parameters of the tape transport aircraft operating state. |
