Research On Safety Monitoring System For Oilfield Well Sites Based On Internet Of Things

In recent years,the construction and operation of the major oil fields in China are gradually moving from digitization to wisdom,the Internet of Things is the key technology in the upgrading process,has an important role in the field of intelligent monitoring system for oil field.This paper combined the domestic and foreign research literature of the applied technology for digital oil field and IOT,research on safety monitoring system for oilfield well sites based on IOT.For the the safety production status of 10 pumping well sites and a gathering and transportation stationon in Wangjuan gathering and transportation stationon Dingbian Oil Production Plant Yanchang Oilfield,analysis the technical process of pumping well sites and a gathering and transportation stationon,and the risk factors for safety in production,the existence of safety production of dangerous and harmful factors to determine the safety monitoring requirements of Wangjuan gathering and transportation stationon.Put forward the safety monitoring system for oilfield well sites based on IOT,including safety information acquisition subsystem,safety information transmission subsystem,safety monitoring center.Discussed and analysised the hardware structure of the system and the choice of instruments,data acquisition module are wireless sensor built on ZigBee module,well site safety parameters transmitted to the RTU by ZigBee network.The video information transmission medium is cable.The transmission network by the 5.8GHz bridge network,transferthe site security parameters and video information to the security monitoring center.Researched well site safety monitoring application software platform based on ForceControl 7.0,using SQL Server 2005 and D-S evidence theory establish fusion warning model with the parameters of safety in well site,the safety monitoring parameters of pumping well sites and a gathering and transportation stationon are fused,then make a comprehensive early warning with site safety state of Wangjuan gathering and transportation stationon.System running shows that the safety monitoring system for oilfield well sites based on IOT in Wangjuan gathering and transportation stationon is running well,can realize the real-time monitoring of the well site security parameters and video and alarm,warning the safety status of well site,improved the safety of intelligent monitoring technology in Oilfield and safety production management of site,has a certain value in popularization and application in northern Shaanxi oil field.
