Research On The Value Accounting Of Nanji Wetland Ecological Assets In Poyang Lake

As one of the"three major"ecological systems in the world,wetland has the functions of regulating climate,conserving water,regulating atmospheric components,maintaining the balance of the ecological system,improving the living environment of human beings,and protecting the ecological environment of wetland is of great strategic significance for the sustainable development of human society and economy.Manifest and wetland ecological asset accounting,wetland ecological value of the asset and its composition is an important basis for wetland conservation science,in-depth analysis of the wetland ecological value of the asset composition,therefore,adopt scientific and reasonable method accounting wetland ecological asset value to adjust measures to local conditions to develop wetland ecological protection policy to promote wetland ecological environment protection significance.Based on Poyang lake Nanji wetlands as the research object,through the remote sensing image interpretation,field survey,using methods such as literature data collection,on the basis of the data,take the market value method,shadow engineering method,replacement cost accounting method,travel cost method and other methods southern rocky mountain wetland ecological asset use value,using the method of conditional value accounting southern rocky mountain wetland ecological assets of non-use values,and accordingly puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the southern rocky mountain wetland ecological protection.The specific results are as follows:(1)The value of Nanji wetland ecological assets is huge,and the use value is far greater than the non-use value.In the use value,the indirect use value is obviously greater than the indirect use value,the ecological environment value of wetland is much greater than the value of animal and plant products provided by wetland,which is the main component of the value of wetland ecological assets.The total value of Nanji wetland ecological assets is 907.71×10~8 yuan,of which the use value is 906.77×10~8 yuan,of which the use value is 99.90%,and the non-use value is 0.94×10~8 yuan,of which the use value is0.1%.The indirect use value accounts for 99.14%of the total value of Nanji wetland ecological assets,and the direct use value accounts for 0.75%.(2)Nanji wetland ecological asset index value sorting:bio-productivity value>water conservation value>solid earth protecting fertilizer>water quality purification value>biodiversity conservation value of solid carbon oxygen release value>leisure tourism research and education value>value of climate regulation>Li Hao product value fish resources value>existence value heritage value choice value.(3)According to functional types,among the ecological asset values of Nanji wetland,the value of regulating function>supporting function>cultural function value>Supply function value,The value of adjustment function accounted for 85.41%of the total value,followed by the value of support function,accounting for 13.73%of the total value.(4)The conditional value method was used to investigate people's willingness to pay for the non-use value of Nanji wetland and its influencing factors.The respondents'education level,understanding of Nanji wetland,and whether they plan to visit Nanji wetland reserve positively affect their willingness to pay at a significant level of 1%.On the basis of the value accounting of the wetland ecological assets in Nanji,combining with the current situation of its ecological protection,it is proposed to strengthen the education of wetland ecological environment protection and improve people's awareness of wetland environmental protection.Strengthen the propaganda of cultural tourism in Nanji wetland,and formulate the eco-tourism development policy that takes into account both economic benefits and ecological benefits according to local conditions;Strengthening biodiversity conservation and enhancing the value of biodiversity conservation;Strengthening the prevention and control of water pollution and improving the quality of water resources;Optimizing industrial distribution and preventing pollution sources;Strengthen the dynamic monitoring of ecological environment,real-time monitoring of wetland ecological environment changes.
