| With the gradual improvement of social living standards and the emergence of the concept of public welfare travel, people pay more and more attention to their own health, many people advocate environmental travel, cycling has also become the interest of many people. All kinds of Shared bikes have become popular on the streets. These Shared bikes provide convenience for us to travel.Whether it is professional cycling or non-professional cycling, cycling has a very high requirement for lower limb clothing.Among all kinds of functional cycling clothing,tight-fitting cycling clothing plays an important role in improving cycling speed, endurance and cycling effect. In high-intensity sports, the clothing worn by athletes plays a very important role in realizing their athletic potential.Lower garment compression cannot meet the physiological protective effect, while higher garment compression will increase energy consumption and affect the state of motion. Therefore,it is necessary to quantify the physiological indicators of human body and objectively reflect the impact of clothing pressure on human motor function. The purpose of this project is to study the influence of lower limb compression on the anaerobic threshold of cycling, provide a standard evaluation system, and predict the anaerobic threshold of cycling by using BP neural network. This paper first summarizes the effect of tight compression on human physiology and motor function. It summarized the dynamic characteristics of bone and muscle of lower limbs in cycling and the benefits.Furthermore, the theory of anaerobic threshold and the determination method of anaerobic threshold are analyzed.Heart rate, ventilation index and lower limb compression value in cycling were determined as evaluation indexes.Using the US non-contract[TC]2 3d body scanner,10 healthy women with the most similar age, height, weight and lower limb size were selected as subjects for the experiment. They wore 4 size sample pants for the experiment. With reference to literature and preliminary experiments,9 pressure test points were selected. The German Pliance multipurpose sensing system was used to measure the compression value of the lower extremity during cycling.Divide cycling cycle and replace dynamic garment pressure with static garment pressure. The change trend of dynamic pressure value in lower extremity was analyzed. At the same time, subjects were asked to make subjective evaluation on the exercise comfort of the sample pants.Carried out the cycling experiment, used the German Cortex cardiopulmonary function tester to collect the related data of heart rate and ventilation index in cycling. The correlation between the compression of the lower extremity and the anaerobic threshold of sports was analyzed.Using one-way ANOVA and LSD multiple comparative analysis.Lower extremity pressure test point and compression tightness were used as control variables, and anaerobic threshold related indexes were used as observation variables. To study the effect of lower limb compression on physiological indexes. The results show that the dynamic pressure is much higher than the static pressure in cycling, and the variation trend of the pressure is basically the same.Clothing pressure was correlated with heart rate and respiratory indexes, and the best motion state was achieved when lower limb compression ranged from 1.25 kpa to 2.20 1kpa.When the pressure is too high, the anaerobic threshold decreases significantly.Furthermore,BP neural network was used to establish a prediction model for women anaerobic threshold. The model well verified the anaerobic threshold index of the gradient clothing pressure. The research value of this topic lies in revealing the influence mechanism of anaerobic threshold from an objective theoretical perspective.Provide physiological index reference for designing female cycling pants. In the research and development of women professional riding pants,it can improve the comfort and functionality of exercise and improve the exercise effect by controlling the compression intensity of tight body. |
