| Basketball is a sport which requires all parts of the body to act synergistically,which the range of motion is large and very dangerous that the muscle skeleton is very easy to hurt,and the reports about professional athletes have been quit the race or even retired because of the injury are are not uncommon.Tights fitting cloth are widely used in swimming,gymnastics,cycling and other high-intensity sports events,because it is not only comfortable to wear,but also has some shacks on the surface of the human body,that could slow down muscle vibration,reduce friction and other positive effects.At present,China has never been this kind of research about whether wearing a tight fitting clothing specifically for basketball can promote human body function.This paper used sEMG indexes as a means of muscle fatigue evaluation,studies on the changes of the EMG indexes in men’s basketball training in different intensities,when wearing tight fitting clothes of different pressure.The paper firstly selected twenty-five male college students basketball players to begin the experimentalwearing the long sleeve tight fitting clothes,measured the changes of the clothing pressure and EMG indexes of seven test points on the upper body under different exercise intensity and clothing pressure,at the same time,the subjects were asked to rate the fatigue experience of each part in the exercise process.Finally,combined the subjective and objective,used analysis of variance,correlation test to analyze the relationship between clothing pressure and fatigue of different muscles,and find out the muscle fatigue threshold,and clothing pressure threshold which is best to relieve muscle fatigue.After a series of analys,the paper obtains the following conclusion:(1)The order of muscle sensitivity to fatigue was : Biceps > Brachioradialis > Trapezius > Deltoid> Rectus abdominis> Latissimus dorsi > Pectoral.(2)In high intensity exercise,medium clothing pressure is the most conducive to the maintenance of the unit action potential conduction speed and relieving muscle fatigue,while the high and low clothing pressure couldn’t relief,excessive clothing pressure may even induce fatigue.(3)In middle intensity exercise,high clothing pressure is the most conducive to alleviate muscle fatigue,while middle and low clothing pressure have no relieving effect to musle fatigue;in low intensity exercise,this rule applies equally,and middle and low clothing pressure may even induce muscle fatigue.(4)Fatigue is mainly concentrated in the middle and late stages of exercise.(5)Muscle fatigue thresholds,and clothing pressure thresholds that are most effective in relieving muscle fatigue of Deltoid,Pectoral,Biceps,Rectus Abdominis,Trapezius,Latissimus Dorsi,Brachioradialis are respectively as follows:In high intensity exercise,the fatigue thresholds of i EMG are 126.404μV*s,113.931 μV*s,129.021μV*s,123.406μV*s,121.266μV*s,116.852μV*s,127.674μV*s;the fatigue thresholds of MF are 118.683 Hz,104.535 Hz,121.084 Hz,117.003 Hz,117.813 Hz,102.381 Hz,120.416Hz;clothing pressure thresholds are 2.97 k Pa,1.13 k Pa,2.63 kPa,1.48 k Pa,2.47 kPa,0.90 k Pa,1.58 k Pa.In middle intensity exercise,the fatigue thresholds of iEMG are 123.146μV*s,111.286μV*s,118.988μV*s,119.901μV*s,120.877μV*s,114.755μV*s,125.073μV*s;the fatigue thresholds of MF are 118.837 Hz,104.617 Hz,120.362 Hz,117.009 Hz,117.653 Hz,103.669 Hz,120.001Hz;clothing pressure thresholds are 3.77 k Pa,1.53 kPa,3.39 k Pa,2.07 k Pa,2.43 k Pa,1.14 k Pa,2.15 kPa.In low intensity exercise,the fatigue thresholds of iEMG are 117.823μV*s,109.564μV*s,122.804μV*s,118.023μV*s,116.423μV*s,110.143μV*s,120.895μV*s;the fatigue thresholds of MF are 116.533 Hz,104.387 Hz,120.627 Hz,116.762 Hz,116.932 Hz,105.216 Hz,120.811Hz;clothing pressure thresholds are 3.69 k Pa、1.50kPa、3.24 k Pa、2.05kPa、2.91 k Pa、1.32 k Pa、2.09 k Pa.The significance of this research is to provide the data reference from the angle of objective quantification for the design and development of the men’s basketball tight fitting training clothes,design and develop tight fitting training clothes which the pressure range of different parts is consistent with this paper,design and develop tight fitting training clothes which the different pressure of different parts is consistent with this paper to make it more suitable for sports physiology and ergonomics,and help athletes to relief muscle fatigue from the point of view of prevention and improve athletic performance.At the same time,it also provides some design guidance and new ideas for the functional clothing industry. |
