Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Of Helan Mountain In China From The Perspective Of Marxist Ecological View

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has faced up to the grim situation facing the ecological environment and placed ecological progress on the same level with economic,political,cultural and social progress,highlighting the importance of ecological progress.The Helan Mountains play an important role in maintaining the climate distribution and ecological pattern in Northwest China and even the Huang-Huai region,protecting the ecological security in Northwest China and North China,and raising nearly seven million Hui and Han children in Ningxia.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the construction of ecological civilization in Helan Mountain.At the same time,higher requirements are put forward for the ecological environment to realize a better life.During his visit to Ningxia,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to strengthen the ecological civilization construction of Helan Mountain,pointing out the direction for the ecological civilization construction of Helan Mountain.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the concept,content and characteristics of Marxist ecological view as well as the connotation and characteristics of ecological civilization construction,clarifies the important role of Marxist ecological view in guiding ecological civilization construction,and clarifies the relationship between Marxist ecological view and ecological environment construction in China.Secondly,the basic situation of Helan Mountain and the achievements of ecological civilization construction in Helan Mountain are analyzed.The problems and causes of ecological civilization construction in Helan Mountain are analyzed again.The main reasons are lack of publicity and education,lack of awareness of ecological responsibility,unreasonable industrial structure,imperfect laws and regulations,and imperfect supervision mechanism.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems.The ecological fragility and the superposition of industrial structure dominated by mining industry and high energy consumption industry make the ecological civilization construction in Helan Mountain face severe challenges.Therefore,the concept of harmonious coexistence between human and nature should be run through the whole process of production and life.In view of the current problems of helan mountain ecological civilization construction,put forward to further enhance the promotion of ecological civilization education,optimize the industry structure and developing ecological products,to improve and strengthen supervision mechanism,etc.,and hope these countermeasures and Suggestions to accelerate the helan mountain ecological civilization construction can play a role,can also to other regions,In particular,the construction of ecological civilization in similar areas has some enlightening effect.
