Study On The Countermeasures Of Green Development In Wanzhou District From The Perspective Of Marxist Ecological View

Entering the new era,with the transformation of the main social contradictions,the people’s need for a beautiful ecological environment is getting stronger and stronger.In order to conform to the development of the times and meet the people’s ardent expectations,green development emerges as the times require.The concept of green development is the latest theoretical achievement of the Marxist ecological view in contemporary China,and its reality and feasibility are beyond doubt.Unswervingly taking the road of ecological priority green development will transform the mode of economic development and meet the needs of the people for a better life.It is of great significance to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.First of all,this study takes the Marxist ecological view as the research field,and uses the literature research method to systematically sort out the concept,content,characteristics and development of the Marxist ecological view,and summarizes Marx and Engels and their leaders of various periods in China.About the main content of ecological thought,and emphatically expounded the green development concept of the latest theoretical achievements of Marxist ecological view in China,clarified the logical relationship between the two,and laid a theoretical foundation for this article.Secondly,this research further takes the green development action of Wanzhou District as the practical research object from the perspective of the Marxist ecological view.Through the methods of consulting materials,visiting and surveying,it provides an insight into the practical actions of Wanzhou District that adhere to the road of ecological priority and green development in recent years.Through analysis and research,the results of the current green developm ent of Wanzhou District are summarized,and the achievements of Wanzhou District in industrial transformation,environmental quality improvement,forestry construction,rural green development,and green infrastructure construction are affirmed.Thirdly,an in-depth analysis of the opportunities,existing problems and causes of the problems faced by Wanzhou District’s continuous promotion of green development is conducted.It is believed that Wanzhou District is currently facing a consensus on green development,and has achieved a relatively good ecological environment and regional synergy after governance.Development opportunities provided by the development strategy.However,at the same time,the current green development of Wanzhou District also has the following problems:the residents’ low degree of practice in the green development process,the increasing difficulty of ecological environmental protection in the process of economic development,the unresolved environmental pollution problem,and the modernization of the ecological environment governance system.A series of problems such as heavy responsibilities and a long way to go require our dialectical thinking and treatment,and the reasons for the existence of the problems are analyzed from four aspects:understanding of green development concept,technological innovation and application,supervision and prevention mechanism,and system reform.Finally,combined with the Marxist ecological view and the development plan of Wanzhou District,this paper also gives the concept of strengthening the propaganda of Wanzhou District’s continuous promotion of green development,advocating green lifestyles,relying on scientific and technological innovation,forming green development methods,improving environmental quality,and implementing pollution There are four countermeasures and suggestions for comprehensive governance,deepening system reform,and promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity.
