Unsafe Behavior In Serious And Major Accidents And Scientific Preventive Measures

The occurrence of serious and major accidents will not only cause serious property losses,but also cause irreversible damage to people's body and mind.In order to effectively curb the occurrence of serious and major accidents,the causes of accidents should be fully understood.From the cause of the accident to formulate countermeasures,to achieve the purpose of effective accident prevention.In this paper,the occurrence law of major accidents in China from 2005 to 2017 is statistically analyzed from the perspective of the time,industry,place and type of accidents.Based on the "2-4" model of behavioral safety and its definition of direct causes,the behavioral causes of major accidents in various industries are analyzed.According to the occurrence of behavioral causes,the common causes of major accidents in various industries are summarized and sorted out.According to the situation of violation of common causes,the "violation matrix" is established by combining the risk matrix.In the "violation matrix",from the two dimensions of accident probability and accident severity,the high-risk violation payments caused by common causes are calculated and extracted.Among all types of injury accidents,vehicle injury,gas explosion,other explosion and container explosion have the highest frequency and the most serious impact.By analyzing the direct causes of 110 accident samples,818 direct causes were obtained.It concludes 13 common causes of serious and extremely large road traffic accidents,17 common causes of serious and extremely large industrial,mining and commercial accidents,and 10 common causes of serious and extremely large fire accidents.Through the comparison of laws and regulations on direct causes involving common causes,it is concluded that there are 15 laws and regulations concerning common causes of fire,17 laws and regulations concerning common causes of traffic,and 20 laws and regulations concerning common causes of industry,mining and commerce.In order to effectively prevent serious and serious accidents.This paper takes the analysis results as data support,the B/S architecture as the technical basis,the use of Java EE eclipse based background programming,the use of MySQL relational database management system to establish accident prevention learning system;The research results will be uploaded to the accident prevention learning system to provide theoretical basis and data support for enterprises and safety regulators.
