Coal mine gas accident is the biggest casualty accident in mine production.Preventing gas accident is the most important work in coal mine safety production.Although the total number of coal mine accidents in China has been reduced in recent years,the safety of coal mine production in China is still far from that in Europe and America.The safety of coal mine production is not optimistic,so the research and prevention of coal mine gas accidents have practical significance for improving the safety of coal mine production.This paper analyses the nature and causes of gas hazard sources through existing literature,classifies gas accidents,and establishes the risk index system of coal mine gas accidents.Using multi-level and multi-factor evaluation set,fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process,the risk model of coal mine gas accident is put forward.Based on the opinions of Dayangquan coal mine administrators and experts,this paper quantifies the risk indicators of gas accidents,calculates the relative membership degree of roadways and the risk degree of roadways gas accidents by using the risk model.According to the calculated results,the risk indicators of gas accidents in Dayangquan coal mine are analyzed,and the main indicators and influencing factors of gas accidents risk in Dayangquan coal mine are obtained.The main factors are the supply and demand of ventilation in the second type of risk sources and the third type of risk sources.In order to reduce the risk of gas accidents in Dayangquan Coal Mine,the existing ventilation system is analyzed,and three optimization schemes are put forward.The three-dimensional ventilation simulation model is established by using Ventsim software to simulate and calculate.The optimal scheme is given by comparing the results of the solution.Compared with the existing ventilation system,the air volume of the optimized ventilation system increases,which plays an important role in diluting gas concentration.The third kind of risk sources are further refined,and the index system of coal mine gas prevention and control is obtained.By strengthening the control of coal mine gas prevention and controlindex,it plays an important role in reducing coal mine gas risk.The risk model of coal mine gas accident based on fuzzy mathematics and the risk index system of coal mine gas accident are established.Through the calculation and comprehensive analysis of the model,it is concluded that the gas concentration and the third type of hazard source are the main influencing factors of coal mine gas accident.The optimization of ventilation system is an effective means to reduce gas concentration.Ventsim is used to establish a three-dimensional ventilation simulation model,and the optimal scheme is given after simulation.Strengthening the third kind of risk control is also the main means to reduce gas risk.In this paper,the third type of risk control scheme is proposed to find,correct and eliminate harmful factors in time,reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior and improve the level of coal mine safety management.
