This dissertation takes Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Green Heart as the research object,collects various data by searching the literature and field investigation,and the three-year eco-efficiency value of the Green Heart region was calculated using the CITYgreen model,including air pollution removal,carbon storage and absorption,and stormwater runoff regulation.Then combined with the results of the Arcgis software and the CITYgreen model,a comprehensive analysis of the changes in land use and eco-efficiency values in the ten years before and after the policy formulation of the Green Heart Region was conducted.In this way,the significance and influence of the green heart region on the development of ecological benefits in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are studied.The analysis of the ecological benefits of the third phase of the CITYgreen model shows that compared with 1998,the forest land area increased by 2.2914km~2 in 2008,the construction land area decreased by 6.3279km~2,the cultivated land area increased by 8.613km~2,and the water body area decreased by 5.0949km~2,the grassland area increased by 16.2972km~2;compared with 2008,the area of forest land increased by 22.0635 km~2 in 2018,the area of construction land increased by 41.3109 km~2,the area of cultivated land decreased by 50.2794 km~2,the area of water body increased by 4.0275 km~2,and the area of grassland decreased by 0.783 km~2.The analysis of the ecological benefits of the third phase of the CITYgreen model shows that the total ecological benefit of the Green Heart area in 1998 was 701.8 million yuan.The total ecological benefit of the Green Heart area in 2008 was 702 million yuan.The total ecological value of the Green Heart area in 2018 The value is 784.4 million yuan.The comparative analysis of specific data shows that compared with 1998,the ecological benefit change in 2008 increased the ecological value of air pollution removal by 1 million yuan,the ecological benefit of storage and absorption of carbon increased by 3.5 million yuan,and the regulation of storm runoff decreased by 4.3 million Yuan,and the total value of total ecological benefits increased by 0.2 million yuan;Compared with the ecological benefit change in 2008,the ecological value of air pollution has increased by 6.1 million yuan in 2018,the ecological benefit of storage and absorption of carbon has increased by 38.8 million yuan,the regulation of storm runoff has increased by 37.5 million yuan,and the value of total ecological benefits has increased.84.3 million yuan.After comprehensive analysis,the city green heart of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan has undergone ecological restoration development for ten years after the promulgation of the Green Heart Policy in 2008.The water area of forest and grassland has been significantly increased,and the ecological benefits have been significantly improved.It has played a good role in promoting the sustainable development of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,and has a positive effect.
