The deep rock layers have high geostress,complex structures,and developed geologic rifts,making it difficult to control the surrounding rock in the deep complex roadway.In order to explore the control measures for surrounding rock in deep complex roadways,the Huaheng coal mine is used as the engineering background.Through the basic theoretical analysis,geological exploration and field engineering practice,the elasto-plastic solution of the roadway surrounding rock in the complex stress field is deduced.Analyze the development scope of loose rock around roadway,select the parameters of anchor net support,and verify its rationality.The main research content is as follows:(1)By theoretically studying the elasto-plastic solution of a roadway in a complex stress field,the effect of buried depth,lateral pressure coefficient,initial support force,and rock residual strength on the displacement of the roadway surrounding rock surface and the extent of the plastic zone is analyzed,which is a complex stress roadway.Surrounding rock control provides theoretical guidance.(2)Utilizing the SIR-3000 Portable Geological Radar of the United States,combining the on-site construction environment,geological conditions,and detection accuracy requirements,the loose circle range of surrounding rock of Huaheng Coal Mine Roadway was probed.The results show that the loose circle range of the roadway top plate,the two gangs and the bottom plate are 2.1-2.4m,2.0-2.4m and 2.2-2.4m,respectively,and the locality of multiple lanes reaches 2.3-2.6m;then the length of the anchor rod is determined to be 2.8m.The range of rock loosening zone of roadway provides a direct basis for the selection of support parameters for complex stress roadway.(3)The elasto-plastic analysis of complex roadway stress,loose rock circle detection and theoretical calculation formulas are used to determine the roadway support parameters.The supporting parameters of the anchor network are analyzed through the observation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the deformation of the roof and the floor,the deformation of the two supports,and the stress of the anchor bolt.The rationality.During the monitoring period,the top layer separation of roadway roofs did not change much;the relative amount of approach of the top and bottom walls and the two gangways of the roadway all reached 700mm,so local roadways needed to be reinforced and supported.(4)This paper analyzes the elasto-plastic mechanics of surrounding rock in a deep complex roadway and obtains the influence of depth,lateral pressure coefficient,initial support force and rock residual strength on the displacement and plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock.This provides a theoretical basis for the supporting scheme of surrounding rock in a complex stress roadway.Based on the elasto-plastic analysis of roadway surrounding rock and the detection of loose rock around the surrounding rock,the supporting parameters and supporting schemes for the deep complex roadway are determined.The support scheme has a good support effect.
