| Basing on a lot of data and on-the-spot investigations and adopting analysis of theory and mechanical analysis, this article has done deep and meticulous research on loose circle determination of mining roadway and supporting strategy in complex structural area in order to gain the main followings: roadway loose circle mechanism and condition of forming separation; the main factors of affecting loose circle in mining roadways; determination of supporting strategy in mining roadway; strain analysis of surrounding rocks. What's more, basing on the geological condition and the occurrence of coal seam in Hua gu shan coal mine of Xin yu company No.5 coal seam, adopting FLAC2D numerical simulation, this article tries to optimize bolting optimization; under lead abutment pressure, when the length of roof bolt in mining roadways and ribs bolt are both chosen as 2.2meter, which of spacing is 0.8×0.8m, it can obtain a better effect in controlling deformation of surrounding rocks in roadway, what's important, it's deforming and plastic zone both trend to stable low parameter;next, according to the on-the-spot investigations, confirm roadway loose circle is 1.5m , the best mining roadway strategy is bolt-net support;no mining move effect stage: beyond 64.8m~76.5m in the working face ; mining move effect stage:among 44.3~76.5m in the working face;mining move violently effect stage: behind the 44.3m in the working face;based on theory calculation and field measurement , when the length of roof bolt in mining roadways and ribs bolt are separately both chosen as 2.0, 2.2meter, which of spacing is 0.8×0.8m, it can obtain the most effect and the most economy in controlling loose circle in roadway, Results in this paper have a certain instructive sense to mining roadway supporting strategy and similar condition of roadway in mining roadway. |
