The mine ventilation system is a general term for ventilation networks,ventilating power and ventilation control facilities that supply fresh air to the underground working sites and discharge the polluted air,and is an important part of the mine production system.In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of mines,good ventilation must be maintained.Kongzhuang Coal Mine is located at the southernmost point of Datun Mining Area,with an original design capacity of 600,000 t/a.With the development of mines,the second phase of the Kongzhuang Mine was rebuilt and expanded for the current geological conditions of Kongzhuang Mine.The design capacity increased from 450,000 t/a to 1.05 million t/a.In 2009,the mine’s authorized production capacity was 1.5 million.t/a.The mine ventilation system severely restricts the mine’s capacity upgrade.This article takes the mine ventilation system of Kongzhuang Coal Mine of Datun Coal and Power Group as the research object.Firstly,according to the coal mine safety regulations and the actual situation of Kongzhuang Coal Mine,the calculation method for the ventilation volume of the ventilation system in the Kongzhuang Coal Mine is derived,which is used for coal mining,excavation and boring.The room and other air usage volumes are checked more accurately.Based on this,the matching condition of the main fan and the air net is analyzed;the current status of the ventilation system and the necessary technical paraneters are mastered again by the method of resistance measurement,and the original determination of the ventilation resistance of the Kongzhuang Mine is performed.After the data was sorted,the ventilation resistance solution software was used to solve the data to obtain the required air volume and pressure value of each branch zone.Finally,the ventilation systen of Dongfeng well of Kongzhuang Coal Mine and the ventilation system of IVI and IV3 mining areas were optimized.For the Dongfengjing 16 and 1115 reclaimed area,the air volume in the return section is concentrated and the resistance is high.Ventilation facilities are built near the Dongdae lane and Dongsansan level.Horizontal pedestrians went downhill and Dongsan went uphill,entered the total return air lane,and then returned through the south wind well;for Nanfeng well,IV1 and IV3 mining areas were optimized,the air volume was relatively abundant and the resistance distribution was reasonable;the ventilation system of Kongzhuang coal mine was optimized.After the study,the main ventilators in Nanfeng and Dongfeng wells have a small degree of mutual interference,and the two fans are relatively independent and stable in operation.The two fans have a high degree of matching with the mine ventilation network,which can meet the normal ventilation requirements of the mine... |
