With the adjustment of production planning in Yangcun mine,production will gradually focus on the relevant working face in the north wing 3 coal mining area,These working faces are all recovery coal pillar working faces,which need to pass through many old roadways during excavation.Before connecting with the old roadways,it is necessary to take measures of unsealing and airtight and local ventilation,resulting in complex ventilation system on the north wing and increased use of wind places,highlighting the lack of ventilation capacity in Yangcun mine.Due to the insufficient air supply capacity of the original fan of the North Wing ventilation system and the old equipment,the fan of the north air shaft needs to be replaced.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the optimized ventilation system and meet the production efficiency,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the ventilation system of Yangcun mine to meet the safety production demand of the mine in the future.This paper adopts the method of field investigation and test,simulation and application of ventilation system optimization software,and comprehensive evaluation and analysis.First of all,by using the barometer base point method,the ventilation resistance of Yangcun mine was measured on the spot,and the distribution law of the resistance was found out.It was found that the resistance of the public air inlet and return sections of the South and North wings was higher.According to the development plan of the mine in the next ten years and the problems existing in the current ventilation system,four kinds of underground resistance reduction and reconstruction schemes are put forward.MVENT,a ventilation simulation settlement software,is applied to solve the network simulation of the ventilation system for the four retrofit schemes respectively,and the optimal retrofit scheme is determined through comprehensive analysis.According to the result of simulation and settlement,the expansion of-273 rail transit roadway in scheme 4,and the air flow in the north wing of the mining area to the south wing is divided,the air flow is 1000m~3/min,which fully meets the safety requirements specified in the technical conditions for mine ventilation.After comprehensive analysis,it is determined as the optimal resistance reduction scheme in the easy ventilation period and the difficult ventilation period of Yangcun coal mine.Through the simulation calculation and analysis,the fan speed reduction range of the South ventilation shaft is determined,in order to coordinate with the ventilation load of the North Wing mining area in the later period,combined with the optimal resistance reduction scheme of the mine,the fan working conditions in the period of easy ventilation and difficult ventilation and the principle of economic safety,the Houghton ANN2500-1250B axial-flow fan is proposed to be selected as the main fan of the north ventilation shaft in the future.Figure[11]table[26]reference[50]...
