Optimization Research For Ventilation System Of Mine Of Songshan Coal Mining Group

The mine production includes the coal mining ,the driving, the lifting ,the transportation ,the ventilation, the drainage processes,and ventilation is an important part of the entire production chain.As is known to all,beacause of the restrict of the production onditions,the underground of mine have more natural disasters and casualties.So gaining and controling the technical parameters of the mine ventilation timely and exactly are the important guarantee of realizing the safe production and improving production efficiency.First, the text summarizes the ventilation design theory,the technology and thory of control wind and the reliability of ventilation System in the field of applications,and according to the actual situation of Songshan mine's ventilation system when it's through,the text carrys out the determination of ventilation resistance and the main ventilation fan performance test,and it evaluates the existing ventilationsystem. Second, the text optimizes the ventilation system,gets the improvement project of the ventilation system and solves a big problem which is the air leakage of the Songshan coal return air system, which is on the basis of the simulating and analysising the vetilation system network solution by the computer.Finally,in the light of the analysis of the ventilation network,the text converts the structure of the Songshan Mountain east Mine.As the practice evidence,the air flow achieves the rules of order after transformation and it meets the recent expansion, the long-term production of Songshan coal.
