With the continuous development of China’s economy, the continuous exploitation of resources, the mine is constantly deepening, the difficulty of the mining is increasing, how to produce the safety production has become the main problem to be solved.The ventilation system of a mine can largely determine whether the mine production can be safely carried out.Due to the previous years of our country to the rectification of small mines, so a lot of mine integration into the new medium and large coal mines.However, the complex of coal mine roadway is complex, the ventilation line is long, and the waste is more and more, and the ventilation system is complex and changeable.In this paper, taking a mine ventilation system as an example, firstly, the method of field measurement, data collection and analysis is used to establish the database of ventilation parameters. Based on this, the ventilation network solution system(TFJS1.0) for the iron mine is developed by means of 3D simulation software. Then, through the optimization of the mine ventilation system, the mine ventilation system is drawn by CAD, and the ventilation system is drawn by Map Super. The rationality of the database is verified by the calculation of the system of the coal mine.Secondly, through the study of metal mine ventilation system and the characteristics of multi fan combined operation. Knowledge of the complexity of the metal mines, instability, openness and dynamics, the interaction between the joint operation of the wind turbine. Through the analysis of the current ventilation system, the problem of mine ventilation is found out, that is, the problem of insufficient ventilation, the excessive local resistance, the unreasonable level of air distribution and so on.Finally, by improving the method of the power of the shaft fan, the analysis of the ventilation and the level of the ventilation air quantity, the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward. The conclusion is that the ventilation network solution can provide effective technical support for the actual production and management. |
