Evaluation And Research On The Level Of Industrial Ecology In Qinghai Province

As a strategic highland of national ecological environment construction and ecological security barrier,Qinghai province has a very important ecological status?However,the extensive industrial development model of Qinghai Province in the past has caused great pressure on the environment and resources,and at the same time affected the development of local economy and the protection of the ecological environment.Therefore,industrial ecology has become one of the effective development models to resolve resource constraints and environmental bottlenecks.It is of great significance to improve the sustainable development capacity of Qinghai and to build a national ecological security barrier.From the perspective of sustainable development,supported by industrial ecology and other theories,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province,and evaluates and studies the level of industrial ecology in four levels of energy consumption,economic development,pollution emission and environmental protection in Qinghai Province by using principal component analysis.The results show that the level of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province is on the rise,and the indicators of resource consumption and pollution emission are the key factors affecting the level of industrial ecology.The level of industrial ecology in economic development layer and ecological protection layer lags behind that in resource consumption layer and pollution emission layer.It is concluded that extensive development mode,unreasonable industrial structure and weak scientific and technological strength have affected the improvement of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province.Then the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as speeding up industrial restructuring,perfecting scientific and technological innovation system,giving full play to the government's guiding functionand so on,focusing on the construction of ecological civilization,so as to promote the level of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province.The innovation of this paper lies in the construction of the theoretical framework of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province,including the following principles,main elements and index system.Its significance lies in: through in-depth research,the mechanism of industrial ecology is explored,the research content of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province is enriched,the theoretical basis for comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the level of industrial ecology in Qinghai Province is provided,and the management is also provided.Departmental scientific decision-making provides empirical support.
