| With the rapid economic development, the greenhouse gas emissions has become the factors restricting the development of regional health, which is worth accounting and analysis.Among them,through the preparation of greenhouse gas inventories which is an important basi work, can be clearly understood and classified, as well as the discharge structure, composition of gas and other characteristics, which made greenhouse gas emissions targeted recommendations. Therefore, this paper takes Qinghai Province as the study area, accounting for greenhouse gas emissions in Qinghai Province, we establish a greenhouse gas emissions inventory, accounting of the results for specific analysis, in order to understand the greenhouse gas emissions of Qinghai Province.and provide basis for Qinghai Province in the future energy-saving emission reduction and development.In this paper, greenhouse gas emissions was counted by GHG accounting the methods of 《Provincial greenhouse gas inventory guidelines for the preparation》,calculating greenhouse gas emissions in Qinghai,then we use the Kaya identity and scenario analysis,greenhouse gas emission in Qinghai Province were analyzed.The conclusions are as following:(1) By Qinghai and the eight regional greenhouse gas inventory shows that total GHG emissions in2012in Qinghai Province to20213.29×104t CO2e. Haixi and Haibei energy emissions are larger, respectively97.23%,61.46%; The percentage of industrial production process is a larger in Hainan region(69.44%), the percentage of agricultural activity generally is small than0.8%, a larger proportion of Yushu, was8.97%, the proportion of waste treatment varies greatly among municipalities, the largest state accounting19.84%of Guoluo, the smallest of Haixi is only1.59%.(2) The total amount of greenhouse gas emissions in Qinghai Province from1995is1133.12×104t to2012is20213.29×104t, the annual average growth rate is18.29%. Energy activities also sustained growth in the state, the annual average growth rate is18.16%, the industrial production in2012reached737.60×10t, waste emissions of greenhouse gases from1999to2012only increased by29.08×104t, agriculture and forestry have very small change, the annual average growth rate are3.50%and1.19%. During the study period, greenhouse gas emissions of various departments are growing. The province’s eight regions, the study period, the biggest greenhouse gas emissions has been Haixi, the smallest Huangnan.(3) Qinghai Province, per capita greenhouse gas emissions during the study showed a rising trend, the annual average growth rate is10.90%.1999and2009per capita greenhouse gas emissions are rambling largest state, the smallest is Yushu;2004and2012Haixi per capita greenhouse gas emissions to the maximum, minimum is still Yushu. The province’s greenhouse gas emissions per unit area of large changes, in1995greenhouse gas emissions per unit area is0.16t/hm2,2.72t/hm2in2012. Unit area of greenhouse gas emissions during the study is the largest in Xining, far greater than in other regions of the province, followed by Haidong, rambling state and Haixi, but remained at a lower level of Yushu.(4) The greenhouse gas emission of Million yuan GDP, changing like a wavy, it is10.40t/104yuan in2012, carbon intensity in2012increased to9.98t/104yuan. The energy intensity showed a gradual decreasing trend from1995to2012,1995to2.54tce/104yuan dropped in2012reached1.74tce/104yuan. During the study period, the greenhouse gas emission of Million yuan GDP and carbon intensity is the largest in Haibei,Yushu is the lowest,Haixi larger changes in2009and2012, other areas change slightly. In1999, energy intensity is greater Haixi and Guoluo, the lowest for Yushu;2004The biggest change is the Haixi, followed by Huangnan;2009and2012Haidong, Guoluo states, Huangnan and Yushu energy consumption per unit of output ranked in the forefront of the province, a relatively high level, low economic effectiveness.(5) According to the classification level of carbon emissions index shows that from1995to2012the province’s carbon emissions index level are "I grade "or " low carbon emissions." Thoughts for carbon emissions index has remained the highest of the province, as "Ⅲ grade-carbon emissions" level, Xining, Haidong, Guoluo states, Yushu and Huangnan are in "I grade-low carbon emissions" level. Haibei from "II level-Medium carbon emissions," the "Ⅱa under" level becomes "Ⅱ level-medium carbon emissions," the "Ⅱc upper" level.(6) According to the LMDI analysis, the per capita GDP makes the great contribution to CO2emissions in Qinghai, and energy intensity per unit of GDP and per capita GDP is relatively opposite, inhabiting the CO2emissions. Through scenario analysis and prediction, we know that greenhouse gas carbon economy policy scenarios footprint20128.82×104t, which is significantly lower than in the baseline scenario; the greenhouse gas emission of Million yuan GDP is also significantly reduced. |
