With the development of market globalization and internationalization, more and more domestic and foreign enterprises,in order to improve their competitiveness, adopt different ways of competition and alliance, aiming at gaining a foothold and long-term development in the international market environment. The cooperation and competition among different enterprises form the "supply chain".The competitiveness of enterprises is reflected in the competition between different supply chains and between enterprises in the supply chain,so the supply chain is the coexistence of competition and cooperation. The mainstream way of supply chain development is cooperation between enterprises, which shows that cooperation has become one of the effective ways for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. In the face of a huge market, there must be cooperation and competition. This kind of competition and cooperation is often seen in agricultural enterprises. This paper studies the enterprise decision-making and development in the supply chain formed by agricultural enterprises. In this paper, based on the agricultural enterprises under the low carbon consumer preferences, build level 3(farmers,agricultural cooperation organization S M,agricultural products,R)of low carbon low carbon the game model of agricultural supply chain, from the personal income of individual farmers to agricultural cooperation organization for agricultural products acquisition, processing, output of agricultural products, eventually to produce business super agricultural products acquisition to produce the most to the consumer market.Based on the comparative analysis of different alliance modes formed among agricultural enterprises at three nodes, the low-carbon agricultural supply chain is explored by means of reverse induction, coordination and other methods. The main research work and achievements are summarized as follows:(1)analyze the decision-making of agricultural nodal enterprises under the four alliance models under the influence factors of price, emission reduction, government subsidies and carbon tax.(2)add cost sharing into the alliance model, compare the differences between different sharing modes, compare the advantages and disadvantages of different sharing modes, and obtain the optimal share ratio.(3)join the profit sharing contract on the basis of cost sharing to coordinate the supply chain and obtain the conditions for the stable development of the supply chain under the optimal decision; Conclusion:in the low-carbon agricultural supply chain, the optimal profit and output under the three enterprise alliances are better than that under the cooperation of the two enterprises, and the optimal output is better than the optimal profit and output under the three enterprises’ separate emission reduction decisions. The total profit of the low-carbon agricultural supply chain system and the profit of each enterprise are the largest under the full cooperation; The total profit after cost sharing is larger than that before cost sharing.A profit sharing contract with a certain profit sharing ratio can maximize the profit of the whole low-carbon agricultural supply chain and ensure the overall stability of the supply chain.
