Climate change may endanger the security of human resources and sustainable development,and its resulting loss of social welfare is increasingly constraining China’s highquality and sustainable development.In 2020,the Chinese government proposed to the international community the strategic goal of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.To reduce and control carbon emissions and achieve low-carbon economic development has become the consensus of all countries in the world and a global issue to be solved urgently.Therefore,many countries in the world have taken measures to reduce and control carbon emissions,and carbon cap-and-trade mechanism is the most effective mechanism to reduce and control carbon emissions.In recent years,due to the introduction of low-carbon policies,information such as carbon emission,carbon price and emission reduction efforts has become private information of enterprises.The phenomenon of carbon information asymmetry has a more complex impact on decision-making,which increases the difficulty and risk of decision-making of members of the supply chain,greatly reduces the low-carbon service value of the whole supply chain,and the impact on the profit of the supply chain needs to be explored urgently.Based on this,this thesis uses game theory and information asymmetry theory to study the decision-making and coordination of automotive supply chain.Firstly,under the condition of carbon information symmetry,the centralized and decentralized decision models of automobile supply chain are constructed,and the optimal solutions under different decision models are obtained by backward induction method,and the optimal solutions under centralized and decentralized decision are compared.It is found that the optimal solution in the centralized mode is obviously superior to the optimal solution in the decentralized mode,and there are double marginal effects in the decentralized decision-making mode.In view of the above situation,a cost-sharing coordination contract is designed.The research finds that cost-sharing contract can enable supply chain members with symmetrical carbon information to share corresponding emission reduction costs,promote emission reduction,and form a joint emission reduction mechanism.Secondly,in the case of asymmetric carbon information,two modes of manufacturers lying about emission reduction cost information and retailers lying about low carbon publicity cost information are constructed.The analysis shows that manufacturers will not choose to lie about their private information out of their own interests maximization,while retailers have a certain motivation to lie about their own interests maximization.The optimal solutions of decision variables in the case of false reporting and in the case of non-false reporting are compared and analyzed.In view of the above situation,three coordination contracts are designed,the impact of contracts on emission reduction is analyzed,and the optimal equilibrium solution of the three contracts is compared and analyzed.Finally,based on the current situation and existing problems of T company’s supply chain,the optimal decision of automobile supply chain under different circumstances is compared by simulation,and the above conclusions are verified,which provides corresponding management enlightenment for the development of T company’s automobile supply chain.At present,carbon emission regulation mechanism of our country is still in a preliminary stage of development.Due to the lack of certain policies and theories in the whole process of development,many problems of false reporting carbon information have occurred,and caused the loss of supply chain emission reduction efficiency,and the reduction of emission reduction efforts of supply chain members.In this context,the establishment of a joint emission reduction coordination mechanism of supply chain under carbon information asymmetry plays an important role in promoting emission reduction efforts of supply chain and the benign development of supply chain collaborative emission reduction model.
