Study On The Interaction Between Air Quality And Urbanization And Their Coupled And Harmonious Development

With the continuous progress of urbanization,the urbanization rate in China has reached 58.5%from 17.92%in the early stage of reform and opening-up in 1978,and the achievements are very noticeable.Although the rapid development of urbanization has promoted the rapid development of economy and society,and people's material living standards have been greatly improved,it cannot be ignored that our ecological environment has been destroyed.The increasingly serious ecological environment has threatened people's health and survival,and also become a huge threat to sustainable development.Behind the process of urbanization,which has made remarkable achievements,are the consumption and waste of resources,the increasingly fragile ecological environment,the irrational industrial structure and the low quality of economic development.Along with the gradual improvement of urbanization level,there is also increasingly severe air pollution.After the low air quality period beginning in 2012,people have realized the importance of air quality for human survival and the sustainable development of economy,society and urbanization.With the gradual improvement of urbanization level,there is also increasingly severe air pollution.After the low air quality period beginning in 2012,people have realized the importance of air quality for human survival and the sustainable development of economy,society and urbanization.Therefore,promoting the coordinated development of air quality and urbanization is of great significance to the sustainable development of urbanization and the harmonious development of man and nature in China.Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of air quality and urbanization development in 31 regions of China,and establishes an evaluation index system of air quality and urbanization level.It also analyses the temporal characteristics and spatial differences of air quality level and urbanization development level in China from two dimensions of time and space.Secondly,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the interaction between air quality and urbanization,and constructs a panel vector autoregressive model.On the premise that both air quality and urbanization are affected by economic development,this paper introduces the variable of economic development,explores the dynamic relationship between air quality and urbanization,and draws a conclusion that there is an interactive relationship between urbanization development and air environmental quality.Then,based on the interaction between air quality and urbanization,this paper establishes a coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coupling and coordinated development of the two,and analyzes the temporal characteristics and spatial differences of the coupling coordination degree from the time and space dimensions respectively.Finally,according to the results of each part of the empirical study,the conclusion of the study is drawn.Based on the study of the interaction between air quality and urbanization and the study of coupling and coordinated development,this paper draws the following conclusions,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations in the conclusion:the level of urbanization varies greatly;not only is urbanization development an important factor affecting the change of air quality,but also the deterioration of air quality has a reverse effect on the quality of urbanization development;by 2016,China will have a reverse effect on the development of urbanization.Most of the regions have reached a "more coordinated" level of coordinated development,and most of them have a "lagging urbanization" type of air quality and urbanization coupling coordination.There are differences in urban development types between the developed areas in North and South China.The developed areas in South China belong to the "lagging urbanization" type,while the developed areas in North China belong to the "lagging air quality"."Type:The coupling coordination degree of air quality and urbanization in China changed in 2012 and 2016.In 2012,there was a phenomenon of "downgrading" of the coupling coordinated development degree in some areas,and by 2016,there was no "upgrading"of the coupling coordinated development degree in some areas,and in 2016,there was also a phenomenon of "upgrading" of the coupling coordinated development degree in some areas.
