| With the rapid development of urbanization,the industry of sludge treatment has expe-rienced a fast growth advanced by policies and demands from all aspects.However the de-velopment of China’s sludge treatment industry is affected by many factors,and the sludge treatment projects that have been established may not fully meet the actual requirements.con-struction quality is one of the major cause of all the affecting factors.In order to analyzed and evaluate the construction quality risks of sludge treatment projects on a more scientific basis,so project management personnel will be able to control quality risks and ensure the smooth project construction,this paper conducts researches on the quality risks management of sludge treatment projects.Firstly,based on comprehensive analysis of construction characteristics of sludge treat-ment project and researches from scholars of home and aboard,this paper conducts compara-tive analysis to commonly used methods of risk identification and risk evaluation;and based on characteristics of construction quality risks of sludge treatment projects,the integrated method of expert research and brainstorming is employed for risk identification,and com-bined theoretical and practical methods of analytic hierarchy process and cloud modeling is used for risk evaluation.Secondly,taking JKCT sludge treatment project as an example,based on comprehensive analysis of the construction status of JKCT sludge treatment project,it’s found that the construction of the JKCT sludge treatment project has problems in quality risk management,e.g.,systematic risk evaluation system of the construction quality has been established,and monitoring and countermeasures of the construction process haven’t been established.Thirdly,applying above-mentioned methods of risk identification and evaluation into the JKCT sludge treatment project,aiming at characteristics of the construction of sludge treatment project,using the improved combined method of expert research and brainstorm-ing,after three rounds of expert investigation confirmation,accurately identified the quality risk factors in the construction of JKDT sludge treatment project.Then with the construc-tion quality risk evaluation as the target layer,5 first level indicators and 18 second layer in-dicators of entity quality risk,quality behavior risk,construction environment risk,planning and risk,as well material and equipment risk,are selected,to establish a quality risk evalua-tion indicator system for the construction of JKCT sludge treatment project.And then,through analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,using cloud model theory to determine the evaluation set of risk assessment,using MATLAB software pro-gramming to calculate and generate the standard cloud,index cloud and comprehensive cloud of risk assessment.By comparing the similarity between standard cloud and comprehensive cloud in cloud model,it is concluded that the construction quality risk of JKCT sludge treat-ment project is at moderate level,and through analysis,it is concluded that the risk of seven risk factors in three categories of entity quality risk,quality behavior risk,material and equipment risk are relatively high and need to be controlled.Lastly,accounting to above evaluation results,counter strategies are put forward and plausible countermeasures are for-mulated.Through the research of this paper,the construction quality of sludge treatment project is improved to incorporate a scientific risk management,which makes up for the deficiency of JKCT sludge treatment project in construction quality risk management at present,reduces the threat of construction quality risk of sludge treatment project,and provides a reference for construction quality risk management of other sludge treatment projects in the future. |
