High speed railway has the characteristics of fast speed and large volume of transportation.The emergence of high speed railway has greatly strengthened the connection between cities,facilitated the travel of the people,strengthened the commercial intercourse between cities,promoted the development of the regional economy and promoted the rise of the urban agglomeration.Along with the rapid development of high-speed railway,there are also some unreasonable aspects in the emergency management system.The emergency resource scheduling of railway emergency is an important part of the emergency management system.Firstly,this paper makes a reasonable improvement on the bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,and then applies the improved algorithm to the research of emergency resource scheduling under the railway emergency.The main contents are as follows:First,by analyzing the sudden failure of railway,the cause of the sudden failure of the railway and the emergency resource resources and the classification required under the emergency railway fault,a major fault emergency management system for the railway system which is suitable for the cooperation between different railway bureaus in the region is given.Secondly,through the in-depth study of the bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,it is found that the convergence speed is not fast enough,the number of solutions is not enough,and the distribution of the solution is not uniform.The hybrid improved particle swarm operator,the dynamic reverse learning operator,the external propagator and the adaptive diversity maintenance operator are used to improve the bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,and the improved multiobjective bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is obtained.12 basic test functions were used to test the performance of the improved bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,and the results were compared with the results of NSGA-II,MOEA/D,bacterial population chemotaxis algorithm and grid based bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,which proved the effectiveness of the improved bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm.Finally,we studied the model and solution of emergency resource scheduling for railway sudden failures considering the uncertainty of emergency resource requirements.In view of the uncertainty of emergency resource demand for railway emergency,through the analysis of similar scenes in the previous fault database and the prediction of experts,the demand of emergency resources is reasonably predicted.On this basis,the railway emergency with the shortest emergency rescue time and the minimum transportation cost of emergency resources is set up.The fault emergency resource scheduling model is solved by using the improved bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,and the appropriate emergency resource scheduling scheme is obtained.
