| Construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy.Frequent construction safety accidents can seriously hinder the long-term stable development of the construction industry.Among them, falling accident from high places during building construction is the most serious one,and decreasing falling accident is most important to improve the construction safety level. Therefore, identifying the main causes of the falling accident from high places and formulating targeted accident intervention measures, thus reducing the accident rate of falling accident from high places and improving the safety of building construction, can effectively promote the stable and healthy development of the construction industry. From the perspective of construction enterprises, this paper studies the main causes of falling accident in construction by using the main cause identification method combining integrated correlation analysis, correspondence analysis and comparative analysis. And it proposes intervention measures for the main factors,in order to provide reference for the prevention of falling accident from high places during building construction. The main contents are as follows:(1)Using HFACS and REASON model is to analyze the causes of falling accident from high places. On this basis, combined with expert opinions, the author obtained 19 second-order generic factor sets, and established a screening model for effective indexes of the causes of falling accident based on the generic factor sets using the cosine correlation method.(2)Based on the determined effective index system, this paper uses the correspondence analysis method to construct the main cause identification model for falling accident from high places during building construction. On the corresponding analysis chart, according to the clustering trend of sample points and causation points,it uses the circle coverage method to obtain the judgment function of the main cause of falling accidents from high places, which is used to identify the main cause of falling accidents from high places.(3)This chapter applies the above-mentioned factor screening model and main cause identification model to empirically analyze 300 high-altitude fall accident cases in the past decade.First, substituting the accident data into factor screening model is to obtain an effective indicator system including four categories of first-level indexes and a total of 13 effective second-level indexes. Then, based on the effective indicator system, this paper uses main cause identification model for 300 falling accidents from high places mentioned above to identify the main cause and analyze the law and reasons of the main cause changing with time. The results show: At present, safety supervision on the site has the greatest impact on falling accidents from high places. At the same time, inadequate safety education, technical measures, safety supervision and inspection, and inadequate inspection and acceptance are the main influencing factors.Since 2010,inadequate risk control is no longer the main factor of falling accidents from high places during building construction. At the same time, poor basic personnel conditions and operation violations have increased their impact on falling accidents since 2013.Finally,applying the above main cause analysis results, this paper focuses on the most important factors from the four aspects of the first-level indexes, and proposes targeted main-cause intervention measures to provide guidance for construction companies. |
