Study On Evaluation Method Of Urban Environmental Friendly Status In China

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,China has formally entered a city-dominated society.However,in the process of urban development,unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable problems remain prominent.Urban diseases such as environmental pollution,ecological destruction and traffic jams are becoming more and more serious,which not only affect public health,but also greatly reduce the livability level of cities and the quality of life of residents.In order to scientifically evaluate the degree of urban environmental friendliness,promote the green transformation of the city,and promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the city,it is necessary to study and publish the index of urban environmental friendliness.This paper studies the evaluation system of urban environmental friendliness,focusing on the following aspects:①The evaluation system of urban environmental friendliness established in this study can systematically and comprehensively evaluate the degree of urban environmental friendliness in China,and can point out the direction of building an environment-friendly city.②The ranking of the total index of urban environmental friendliness on the national scale in 2016 shows certain zonal characteristics and rules.The overall environmental friendliness index ranking of cities in the southern coastal areas is relatively higher than that of inland areas,while the environmental friendliness ranking of inland cities is relatively lower.③The 289 prefecture-level cities in China are divided into seven geographical regions according to their geographical regions,of which South China is the region with the highest degree of urban environmental friendliness and Northwest China is the bottom.According to the scale of economic development,289 prefecture-level cities in China are divided into first-and second-tier cities,third-tier cities,fourth-tier cities and fifth-tier cities.Among them,the total index and sub-index of first-and second-tier cities have increased from 2015 to 2016.Through the above research,the evaluation system of urban environmental friendliness established in this paper can quantify the degree of urban environmental friendliness according to the connotation of urban environmental friendliness,reflect the overall environmental level of the city at present,and analyze the specific indicators that cause the change of urban environmental friendliness index from 2015 to 2016,so as to lay a foundation for building an environment-friendly city.
