Accompanied by social economy's development, the problem about prevention and control of pollution in city environment get more and more serious. But due to complexity of environmental pollution, it concerns many factors; there is not integrated evaluation model which can be applied to different pollution conditions so far, Direct to these problems, this essay deeply researched typical model of urban air pollution source, as well representation and evaluation of urban air pollution. This study provided practical solution for urban air pollution model building and environmental data evaluation.Firstly, to unify cognition upon urban air environmental model and data, we propound that typical Gauss Diffuse Model should be regard as main model to evaluating diffusion concentration of air pollute, and analyze the pollution source indicator, relationship between air pollution factors which affect concentration of air pollute (such as meteorological factor, monitor spot parameter), to finally acquire knowledge of model building in field of urban air pollution.The second, to actualize efficient evaluation of urban air pollution level, refer to related national emission concentration limitation of typical pollutes defined by department concerned, create some subordinate function in the way of fuzzy evaluation method. Fuzzy relational matrix is formed by evaluating indicators of different membership grades in subordinate functions, according to its estimated value construct weight matrix of coefficient, through fuzzy algorithm arrive at urban air pollution degree. To materialize this progress visually, the author set up a simple evaluation system with VB language, this system integrated evaluating matrixes of Gauss pollute concentration evaluating method and Polluting Grading Evaluation, it directs to different weather and source strength, come to a conclusion of experiment outcome. Lastly, to carry out evaluation way of urban environmental pollution model building based on Meta-model, achieve reusability of system, we propound Meta-models of every pollution affect factors. According to Gauss air pollution model's features, behaviour, interaction, and limitation and so on come to the result of Meta-model of air pollution affect factors, then consider related regulation about urban environment air pollution evaluating degree, to construct evaluating platform for urban air pollution which based on Meta-model.
