With the continuous development of society,the living standard in rural areas has gradually improved,water consumption and wastewater discharge in rural areas has gradually increased,and most of the sewage is directly discharged into the environment without treatment,resulting in environmental pollution.At present,most of township and village sewage collection and treatment facilities are still lacking or imperfect.How to effectively solve the problem of village sewage collection and treatment is still an urgent problem to be solved.China is a vast country with huge differences in natural environment and living customs in different regions,especially in northern China,where the seasonal changes are great.Therefore,how to select appropriate sewage treatment technology according to different regional characteristics is the key to solve the environmental pollution problem of rural domestic sewage.Based on the characteristics of rural and township sewage in northern China and the current domestic and foreign research technology,research on rural sewage treatment technology and management countermeasures were studied,and on this basis,the suitable sewage treatment technology was selected to design the typical township sewage treatment plant in northern China.Based on the analysis and summary of wastewater treatment technology in rural towns at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of rural towns in northern China and the current situation of wastewater discharge,this paper puts forward the appropriate wastewater treatment technology and operation management countermeasures for rural towns in northern China.The modified A~2O(VFL)process is selected as the treatment process of this 1200m~3/d township sewage treatment plant through the demonstration of process plan,that is,thick grid and fine grid?lifting pump pool?regulating pool?modified A~2O(VFL)pool?tailrace,and the sludge produced is dewatered and transported outside.On this basis,the relevant process calculation and drawings are completed.The designed process can be used as follows:The effluent quality can meet the first A discharge standard of"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant"(GB18918-2002).After the treatment facilities are completed,the effluent can effectively reduce the pollution of the environment caused by the random discharge of domestic sewage from villages and towns.
