| For a long time,the focus of my country’s sewage treatment has been mainly in urban areas,and there has been a phenomenon of"emphasizing cities and neglecting rural areas"in sewage treatment.Moreover,with the development of the rural economy,many enterprises are developing and constructing in the rural areas,which has brought considerable pressure to the rural environment.With the advancement of new socialist countryside and the integration of urban and rural areas,rural pollution remediation and treatment have become more and more important,and the treatment of rural sewage has received extensive attention.The main sources of rural sewage are rural domestic sewage,agricultural wastewater,breeding wastewater,wastewater discharge from township enterprises,and wastewater from rural service industries.However,different from urban sewage technology and operation management,the selection of rural sewage suitability technology and stable operation and maintenance management still have problems.According to the discharge standards and the specific conditions of rural areas,rural sewage adaptive technology is a difficult problem.This paper analyzes the current status of rural sewage treatment,explores the path of adaptive technology selection,establishes a rural sewage treatment adaptability technology evaluation system,and applies it to rural sewage treatment and transformation.The following are the conclusions obtained:(1)Through on-site investigations,papers,etc.,representative 270 actual engineering cases were obtained from 2010 to 2020.The investigation and analysis of rural sewage treatment difficulties,treatment scale,case spatial distribution and discharge standards showed that rural areas The amount of sewage is generally small,and the number of cases below 100m3/d is close to 70%.Discussing the differences of each project pointed out that economic development and environmental conditions are the key factors affecting the regional differences in rural sewage treatment.Combining with the new standards designated for water pollution discharge from rural sewage treatment facilities in various provinces,comparing the previous discharge standards,it is found that there are significant differences in the discharge standards and treatment technologies of rural sewage in various regions.In actual engineering cases,when the new discharge standards are implemented,the differences in energy consumption,discharge standards,and processing loads of treatment facilities are very prominent.It is urgent to propose a regional rural sewage treatment technology adaptability evaluation system.(2)The process technology currently used in rural sewage is divided into ecological treatment(constructed wetland,land treatment,stable pond)and biological treatment(A/O,A/O combination,A2/O,A2/O combination,biofilm method,SBR and Other technologies)Two major categories and 10 sub-categories.Comparative analysis found that the polarization of each technology in the application of different treatment scales is serious,and the application of constructed wetland and biofilm method is the most widely used.Among the removal effects of COD,NH3-N,and TP,the biological treatment of A/O,A/O combination,A2/O,A2/O combination,SBR and other treatment effects are obvious;while in the ecological method,the artificial wetland,stable pond,The treatment scope of land treatment is wider.(3)From the three aspects of technical adaptability,economic adaptability and management adaptability,the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with suitable locality,suitable standards,suitable technology and suitable investment management to construct rural sewage Processing adaptive technology evaluation system.(4)Taking the rural sewage treatment upgrading and renovation project in Huicheng District,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province as an example,using the rural sewage treatment adaptability technology evaluation system method,42 treatment facilities in Huicheng District were established and suitable rectification plans were selected.Taking the three villages of Shuangliao Village in Ma’an Town,Henghe Village in Ma’an Town and Lan Village in Hengli Town as examples,the processes of hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation,hydrolytic acidification-constructed wetland and hydrolytic acidification-stabilization pond were selected respectively.As the core rectification technical plan.Through the implementation of the project,its effluents have stably reached the secondary standard of Guangdong Province’s"Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Discharge Standard"(DB-44/2208-2019),which meets the rectification requirements.The research results show that the rural sewage treatment adaptability technology evaluation system is scientific and reasonable,and its technical evaluation results have important reference value for the selection of adaptable technology,and can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the selection of rural sewage treatment technology.Accessibility and promotion and application value. |
