| The main grain production areas in my country are mainly distributed in 13 provinces across the country.Among the top ten provinces in national grain production in 2019,the northern region has a greater advantage.It can be said that the northern region is the granary of the whole of China.For the northern irrigation areas of my country,water shortage is the core restricting factor restricting their development,and reclaimed water can greatly alleviate the pressure on the surface water environment from insufficient irrigation water resources and direct discharge.Sewage treatment technology determines whether the effluent standard of reclaimed water can meet the requirements of water use goals.Therefore,the research on the reuse of reclaimed water and the treatment technology of domestic sewage is of great significance for improving the reuse rate of reclaimed water in the north.This paper aims at the low pollutant removal ability of conventional biological activated sludge method under low temperature environment in northern winter,Carried out high-efficiency microbial screening research to withstand low-temperature environments,comparative test research on the removal of pollutants from the screened colonies,and microbial enhancement test research in constructed wetlands,etc.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)After enrichment culture,separation and purification,preliminary screening and re-screening,two strains of ammonia nitrogen removal exclusive bacteria were screened out,namely SBR3-3 Klebsiella pneumoniae and SBR3-4 Raoultella planticola strain.The simulation test results show that under the condition of 5℃~10℃,the respectively removal rates of ammonia nitrogen by SBR3-3 and SBR3-4 are 77% and79%,Reach 97% and 93% respectively under 25℃~30℃.The removal rate of composite strain is higher than that of single strain.When the ratio is SBR3-3:SBR3-4=2:2,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can reach 89%under the condition of 5℃~10℃.A single colony selected in an ancient irrigation area from the Yellow River has a low removal effect on ammonia nitrogen,but the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by its composite bacteria can reach 79%,According to the high-throughput sequencing of the composite bacterial solution,the strains occupying the top three positions are Proteobacteria,Bacteroides and Actinomyces.(2)Comparing the two methods of adding microbial agents and adding activated sludge,the \ "new ABRO integrated sewage treatment device\" was used for domestic sewage treatment tests.The results show that under the conditions of reflux ratio of 3,T=20℃~30℃,and biological three-dimensional packing film test conditions,the device with microbial agents has the best removal effect on pollutants.Under the test conditions of reflux ratio of 4 and T=20℃~30℃,the device with activated sludge has the best removal effect on pollutants.The device with added microbial agents produces low sludge,meets the principle of sludge reduction,and is suitable for rural areas with relatively low management levels.(3)Comparing the three methods of filter material adsorption,filter material adsorption + microbial enhancement + plants,filter material adsorption+microbial enhancement,the effluent treated by the new ABRO integrated sewage device flows into the constructed wetland system for total nitrogen and phosphorus for enhanced treatment.The results show that the clogging of the filter media has a significant effect on the removal of total nitrogen and phosphorus,and the action of microorganisms and plant absorption play an important role in the removal of total nitrogen and phosphorus.As the depth of the constructed wetland becomes deeper,the total number of colonies decreases,indicating that the upper aerobic and nutrient-rich areas are more suitable for microbial growth.(4)Water reuse can obtain economic,environmental and social benefits to a certain extent.The use of microbial strengthening technology to treat domestic sewage is mainly targeted,short operating time,high efficiency,"sludge reduction" and other advantages.In view of the irrigation area standards,policy,management,safety and concept,irrigation area also need to be in the top-level design,improve the system and mechanism,create a small demonstration area,establish a double constraint mechanism,choose the appropriate processing process,create a variety of choice mode,clear the responsibility of various departments need to further strengthen and strengthen. |
