| Now there is still a large gap in the economic and industrial structure compared with developed countries in China.Industrial restructuring and structure optimization provide the possibility of inter regional transfer.On the one hand,industry regional transfer provides a space for the clean new industries development;on the other hand,it is helpful to balance the gap between the rich and the poor areas,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.However,industry regional transfer exist many uncontrolled factors,especially those industries that products with high pollution will pose a threat to the environment of transfer-in regions,and also is not conducive to the implementation of the sustainable development.Therefore,guiding high pollution industry transfer and reducing the environment effects of industrial transfer become the focus of current research in the field of economic environment.The pollution industries are selected as the research object,based on the transfer reason the industrial transfer index is built to analyze industry transfer trend in China.The result shows that it has been shifted from the eastern developed regions to the central and western regions.It is necessary to establish the LMDI decomposition model to study the environmental effects of pollution industry regional transfer and calculate the pollutant transfer volume.Moreover,the paper construct risk evaluation index system to calculate and research the environmental risk by using TOPSIS evaluation method;Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and control pollution industry regional transfer of environmental risk from different perspective.This dissertation mainly objective is to research the relevant problems of pollution industry regional transfer,and try to make a study on the environment uncertain degree caused by industry regional transfer quantitatively.It has certain innovation significance to promote industry transfer better and provide reference value so that realize economic and environment to develop harmoniously. |
