Research On Finanical Risk Evaluation And Prevention Strategy Of SMT Companies

With the continuous advancement of the national industrialization process,coal energy has played an increasingly important role.In recent years.as social and economic development has changed from high-speed to high-quality development,and domestic and international economic conditions have continued to change,domestic coal Industry competition is more intense,and the benefits of coal companies have declined.In order to seek sustainable and healthy development in the competition and deal with possible financial criscs,coal companies need to improve their ability to deal with risks,especially their ability to deal with financial risks.In order to accurately grasp the financial risks of an enterprise and identify possible financial crises,it is necessary to properly evaluate and analyze the financial risks of its enterprises,and to conduct a series of prevention and control studies based on the results of the cvaluation in order to avoid risks.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to carry out special research on the financial risk assessment of coal enterprises.This article takes the coal industry SMT company as the research object,and discusses its financial risk evaluation and prevention and control issues.The dissertation first expounds the research background,significance and related theoretical basis of the dissertation.Then introduced the basic situation,organiyatiunal structure and basic financial status of SMT company,analyzed the existing financial risk of SMT company.the paper explored the current situation of financial risk evaluation of SMT company through interviews and investigations,and found out the existence of the comp any’s financial risk evaluation.Problem and analyze the cause of the problem.Based on the actual operating condituons and financial activities of the SMT company,the selects 16 financial indiecators from five perspectives of the company’s profit,growth,operation,debt repayment and cash flow,and constructs an SMT company’s financial risk evaluation index system Use the factor analysis method to establish a comprehensive evaluation analysis model for SMT companies,and select the SMT company’s financial data for the 52 quarters of 2006-2018 to calculate,so as to obtain the comprehcnsive score of SMT company’s financial risk in recent years,combined with the actual situation of SMT company Analyze and build a financial risk prevention and control mechanism for SMT companies,and propose financial risk prevention and control measures.It is hoped that the research results of this thesis will provide some guidance for SMT companies to prevent and control financial risks,and also provide new references for similar enterprises and coal industry management departments to carry out financial risk prevention and control.
